Got this to help with severe GERD. I’ve been using it for a few days and had to write a review. So far, I really love this. I was skeptical because of the price and because it is “just foam”. I’ve owned a 7” wedge that was much cheaper for years. I struggled to get comfy and ended up wrestling with additional pillows, rolled-up towels and sheets...you may be familiar with this routine. This package fulfills all my support needs and is soft (but not squishy), cooling (but not cold) and a gentle fabric texture next to my skin. The parts don’t travel around in the bed much due to the rubber backing, and all the parts are the proper size for my proportions (I’m 5’5”). Width-wise I have more than enough space. A few FYIs: I do still slide down a bit, since gravity works. I’m experimenting with proper knee support to minimize this. Also, if you’re a side sleeper, be aware that you may have to take a break from doing so if you’re going to use a wedge system this tall. Maybe others have made that work, and if so, I’d love to hear about it, but I have yet to figure out how to effectively do that with this system. If I remember I will do an update after some time passes. Thank you so much to the makers of this system, and good work!!

I purchased this pillow set back in January 2023, but wanted to wait a few months of use, before giving it a review. It's more than met my expectations! I have chronic arthritis in my neck and occasional back pain. I sleep on my back, and have not have had much success with regular or memory foam pillows to relieve pain at night. I wanted to try a wedge pillow this time. The listed set from Lenora includes 5 modular pillows of different sizes/shapes along with a brochure with selected assembly options. I tried a few combinations and settled on the Semi-Fowlers. You can also add extra padding of your own. The modules are of high quality, firm and durable, and 2 of them came with strong elastic bands for attachment. All have rubber linings on the bottoms to prevent sliding in the bed. Wedge pillows from other venders just don't have these features. The resultant pillow from Lenora is comfortable and provided me with restful sleep these past months. I highly recommend it

We purchased this adjustable orthopedic bed wedge pillow set on Amazon so that my husband could use it after shoulder replacement surgery. He found the pillows fairly comfortable, neither too firm nor too soft. The memory foam had an odor for a few days after the pillow set was unpacked, but it was not a strong odor and it dissipated after about a week. This adjustable orthopedic wedge pillow set is made in China. The pillow set allows for a variety of positioning, which is both a plus and a minus. It meant that, with some trial and error, we were able to assemble the pillows so that my husband’s sleeping position was comfortable. But it was not obvious where the lumbar support pillow should go in relation to the slope pillow, and we had to readjust the pillows almost every time he changed position. We did not have the time to fully research orthopedic pillows before purchasing. If we had had more time, we would have purchased an orthopedic wedge pillow with foam that was certified as being free of flame-retardant chemicals. The Seller’s Amazon listing and Amazon store (the Lenora Store) state that the product has a specific certification relating to textiles, but it is not clear if that certification applies to the foam in the pillows – it may apply only to the cloth pillow covers and not to the foam inside.

I bought this set of wedge pillows in advance of rotator cuff surgery (you can't lay down for weeks after the surgery). I spent way too long researching all of the options out there and agonized over a few of the choices. I bought this one because it has more pillows and more ways to move the pillows for individual comfort. What I love most about the pillows is how incredibly comfortable they are. The provide a soft cushion to your body while also providing appropriate support. Both firm and soft at the same time. The lower back support pillow is downright cozy and the head support is soft and supportive at the same time. My 13 year old son has fallen for these pillows too and has taken to begging me for his own set (he appreciates comfort as much as I do). Not only will this work perfectly for the surgery but I look forward to using them for watching TV or working from bed or the couch for years to come. One more thing, they did a great job at putting a backing to the pillows that keeps them from moving when you lay on them, along with a stretchy band for the head pillow. My only very small negative is that I wish the really soft and comfortable zippered covers came in different colors and perhaps had a more stylish look. It's such a small thing and the dreamy comfort of this set far outweighs any small issue with the style of the covers. If you need a supportive but also really comfortable set of pillow wedges stop looking and buy this set. I am like the princess and the pea when it comes to bedding and I am really glad I bought this set! Worth every cent.

UPDATE: I have to give credit to the Lenora company because I did write to them and report the issues stated in this review. They responded to my email within 24 hours, and asked for the invoice, which I promptly sent to them. While the amazon refund period had long been closed, the company did send me a full refund, which I received within 24 hours. So I will say that they were nice to do business with, even if I was not satisfied with the product. I purchased this Lenora Adjustable Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set in February 2024. I used only 1 time because the set wasn't quite right to alleviate my condition. I have no problem with the product on this note. However, I recently decided I would try to sell them on FB marketplace since I would not be using them and they were basically brand new. Since delivery in late February 2024, they have been sitting on a bed in a guest bedroom in my clean & non-smoking home. You can see from the photos how discolored both the covers and the foam have become in just a few short months ... without even being used! Thinking at first it was just the covers that were discolored, I took them off to launder, which is when I realized it was discoloration of the foam that had leached through to the covers! The discoloration on the covers, unfortunately, did not wash out. So they look like they have been sitting in a smoke-filled place, which they have not. In good conscience, I cannot even put these on a free-cycle or give-away site because of the discolored foam & covers. I also realized upon removing the covers that the pillows are not all made from the same type of foam. This makes me think the manufacturer is substituting with an inferior product. I also noticed that 1 of the pillows (one that was not discolored) had a liner inside the cover, while none of the others did. Inconsistency of materials and quality makes me very suspicious that the inferior products might possibly be toxic. While the pillows at first seemed pretty nice and I thought for sure I could sell them since they didn't work out for me, I now feel I have no choice but to throw them out! How awful to waste my money and also send these things to a landfill after never even being used. DON'T BUY!!!

Buy it!! This is the perfect set. It’s too not too many parts- and not too few. It’s customizable to be more laying down, or more upright. The under knee pillow is crucial. Soft enough but not too soft. As I’m writing, I realize it’s the Goldilocks of wedge pillows.

The pillow components are over-sized in width. I am 6' tall and 175 lbs, so I'm not samll, but these pollows are really large. I am tempted to cut them down a third in width. I plan to keep the systme for an upcoming surgery. They do work, although I am not using the head/neck pillow and the lumbar unit slips. Not perfect but also not a lot of alternatives that look like they could work okay.
