Simple. Repeatable. Works.
As a therapist who works with a lot of folks managing ADHD, I recommend this little book all the time. It’s not flashy, it’s not complicated...and that’s exactly why it works. ADHD brains don’t need another overwhelming system or a 10-step method that ends up gathering dust. They need something repeatable, something that makes starting less of a mountain to climb. This tracker does that. Same format, every page. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel every morning — just open it, fill it out, and you’re moving. It breaks things down into small, clear steps so the day doesn’t feel like a giant blur. That’s huge for executive functioning: getting started, staying on track, and actually finishing. I’ve seen my clients use this to build real momentum. They feel less scattered, less guilty about “not doing enough,” and more in control of their day. Plus, it’s small enough to toss in a bag, which makes it way easier to actually use consistently. If you’ve got ADHD (or love someone who does), this is one of those simple, practical tools that actually helps instead of just looking good on a shelf.

Love the prompts
The prompts make it easy but also they’re perfect for breaking down your thoughts and getting to the root of your thinking. I wish this was refillable. It would also be nice with a lock, but I bought a small cash bag with a combo lock. I’m known for leaving things everywhere and, since I use this all day long currently, I want privacy.

Useful content but I wish the journal itself was nicer
The prompts and content is useful for managing anxious thoughts. I’ve found it to be helpful with my anxiety. I wish that the quality was a little better. For example, if the pages were a little thicker so pens don’t bleed through. Also, I wish it would lay flat, it’s kind of difficult to write in when open .

I think it’s something worth trying
It has nice paper, good binding, I like how it has no words about anxiety or anything on the front to indicate what it is, so I feel ok using it in public. I also like how it has an example page to show you how you are supposed to fill out the daily pages. I think it’s pretty nice and is helpful. The book is about 1 1/2 cm thick and is 8 in x 5in. A nice size to carry.

Really well made and effective
Great journal! I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age and struggled with daily tasks which leads to being overwhelmed and simply not getting it done. I love the esthetics of the journal and it can easily fit in my bag. The color is beautiful and really well made, I’m a working mom of two so my things take a beating. I like that it’s simple and helps me to get back to changing my thought process for a task (unmediated since TTC). Struggling with ADHD is difficult as an adult and as an occupational therapist I see this being an effective tool for teenagers to older adults.

Very cool journal for anxiety
I really like this journal. It's well made and includes detailed instructions on how to think about the answers to the questions. I use it any time I'm anxious and it's helped calm me down. Does it make my anxiety go away? No. But it does help me work through it and be more logical.

Planner to focus on Tasks
The planner is nicely bound and very day-to-day. Nothing that screams it a specialized planner. What I liked: The layout is straightforward and easy to use. It’s a step-by-step single action item per page. If you need something to keep a single task on track then this book is helpful. Not complicated to use. Creates a space for reflection on how to improve in the future. Would be useful for someone who has time to dedicate to filling out the reflective portion. It would take discipline and practice. What I wish it had: larger spaces to fill out the information. The reflection portion may not be for everyone or every task. Prompts are good to think about. Not necessarily need to write it down. I also wish there was a task list for more than One task per page. Sometimes, there is more than one action item and it’s a bit of a hassle to flip over several pages to find a task. Maybe number the pages or some way to track which page has what task. Overall, it may be useful for people who want to list one action item at a time. For people who are trying to get things out of their brains and organize- sometimes you need a page to jot down things and space to write things down. The journal is teaching how to focus on one task at a time, it’s difficult when your have so many and trying to organize. Maybe a list sheet. Would I buy it again- most likely not for me. I prefer a different way to process. This journal is not a one size fits all- I would try different methods to get the best results. Would I offer it another person, yes. They would need to really dedicate time to the journal. The journal seems to assist with trying to re-train how to process tasks. If it works for someone then it’s a good fit!

Nice looking discreet journal. I guess I was hoping for a variety of different questions, more of a workbook. Returned.
