I love this! The extra touch of having a freezer bag for the ice packs is excellent. Very comfortable. Very stable. Highly recommend.

I originally bought this for my husband to use after having wrist surgery but it has ended up helping all of us at one point or another. Very versatile for different areas of the body and works really well to ease pain relief. Perfect size, not too big and not too little. Folds back up nicely to store in the freezer when not in use. Good price for the quality.

For the price this was such a good item as it holds the icy coldness up to 15-20 mins as I need for my therapy due to wrist sprain injury. Since the product is gel, its easier to wrap around your wrist. I do have one downside. The inside fabric which is black or dark blue stains when wet. I noticed this today when the part of the wrap got wet with water and I was dabbing paper towels to dry it and fabric stain was on the paper towel. I tested it a few times to make sure. I may need to wash this to make sure to wash out the color run. And the gel pack is removable so I can easily wash this while cooling the gelp pack.
