Those of us with prosthetic eyes know how hard it is to find products for maintaining them. This little gadget does a great job cleaning a prosthetic's surface, making it much more comfortable to wear. It wasn't made to sterilize so you may still have to use hot water & soap now and then, but far less frequently than before. Since I've started using this I notice a big reduction in the amount of gunk that builds up on the surface of my prosthetic. That used to drive me crazy and led to cleaning several times a day. Now I can go for the whole day with the drops I use in the mornng.

This is a piece of junk. I put brand new batteries in as directed and the machine will not turn on and the item is not eligible for return .

For someone with an artificial eye, this is a great find. My Ocularist (the person who makes the eye), has a plug in one of these? This battery operated device lightly vibrates the eye with the eye solution included. Not sure if it fades the implant but I have old blue eyes that look faded anyway. I don’t use it a lot and manually clean it daily myself. But the concept makes me feel my eye is cool smooth and clean.

This is a very good product. It has done everything it says it will do. I tried this because I was not getting my artificial eye as clean as it needed to be. Along with artificial eye drops the cleaning system has helped to eliminate excessive drainage and irritation to my eye socket and made it more comfortable. I would recommend this product to any one who has an artificial eye, it is excellent.

This product is perfect for cleaning an artificial eye. I have a scleral shell and it cleans it perfectly! The machine’s vibration and cleaning solution remove any protein deposits or film from the artificial eye. I love this product!

Soap and cold water on a daily or regular basis cleaning prosthetic eyes works just as well. Maybe works better for dentures but thankfully i can’t review that! Wasted $25.

I bought this for my son (8 years old) to clean his prosthetic eye. So far it has worked great. Now - when the eye is reinserted...there is less discomfort. I think all of the other perfumed etc. soaps that we were told to wash the eye with...are irritating...but this is not.We like it!

This stopped working less than 1 year after purchase. Used less than 12 times. Just slowly died even with new batteries.Do not waste your $.Disappointed to say the least.
