WPS Conventional 12V Heavy Duty Battery With Acid Pack CB9-B

The YB9-B battery on my Bajaj Chetak 2002 was dying after many years of usage. I was browsing on Amazon before settling with this WPS battery. Since I don't know much about the battery, I spent countless hours trying to find a right replacement. This CB9-B is basically the same as Yuasa YB9-B.I ordered this from "Powersport Superstore" and the item arrived within 2 days - on a regular shipping - not Amazon Prime. This battery comes with ACID while most battery listed on Amazon do not. The package arrived safely.I followed the battery manual step by step and found the whole process to be very easy.First, you remove the yellow caps, then remove the red cap, then put gloves and goggles on, clip the tip of the acid bottle, attach the red tube and start filling the acid into the 6 holes. Once done, let it sit for an hour, tab the battery occasionally to remove bubbles, then put the yellow caps back on - loosely - do not push it in all the way, and attach the clear vent tube. Then begin charging. My charger is this Schumacher SEM-1562A 1.5 Amp Speed Charge Maintainer automatic 1.5 amp charger. I let it sits overnight, and the battery was fully charged. Last is to firmly and securely push the yellow caps in place.Finally, when disconnecting the original battery, start by disconnecting Negative, then positive. When connecting new battery, connect Positive first, then negative.All done. Now my scooter starts every time without anymore problem.I hope this helps!

This is a direct replacement for the battery on a 2005 Bajaj Chetak, nothing more to be said. Do note that you'll need a battery charger to fill it up initially.
