Used these sheets for vibration absorption on my crummy Rosewill triple monitor mount. I cut one sheet to match the shape of the mount base where it touches the desk. This has the added benefit of protecting my desk from indentations left by the mount. The mount base has two pieces which fit together using 4 bolts to tighten down, but manufacturing tolerances at Rosewill leave much to be desired. At full tightness, the base pieces still had a bit of wobble. The second rubber sheet solved this issue. Placed in between the top and bottom of the mount (with holes cut appropriately for the bolts to pass through), there is no more wobble. The mount feels clamped down properly and solid. I cut the third sheet to fit on the underside of the desk where the clamps of the grommet mount tighten to the desk. This protects the desk and adds another layer of vibration absorption. While I occasionally still see some monitor wobble when typing, the overall effect has been greatly minimized with this easy, inexpensive fix! Only "con" I can think of is the smell of the product being very strong for a few days but it does dissipate somewhat over time.

Seems durable and worked for my purposes. I needed it to help seal a small electrical box. I used it to cover a large hole I had to drill to get cable ends through. I used this in combination with clear silicone. I wasn’t overly worried about water getting in but I am concerned about small critters making their way in or wasps setting up shop. It’s been on there for about two weeks and is holding up.

used them for making washers and they worked very well.

I tried this material for insulation on a water pump I made for winter camping. It may not have a true R value but every little bit helps. The material is a bit more soft than anticipated and it does get easily scratched and damaged but worth trying. The sticky side set up fast and seems to be holding well.

I bought this for a completely different reason than it's intended purpose. I bought this to sit on top of the tower fan in our bedroom. We bought a new fan that works great, but the control panel is on top and the controls are constantly lit. I'm a VERY light sleeper and the light on the ceiling drove me crazy. Enter this product. I sat it on top of the fan and presto! The light is gone and with zero disruption to the the fan. Works great, stays put, even while oscillating and I sleep like a baby now! Would buy again in a heartbeat!

There's not much to say about this product. It is exactly as it is advertised. Seems to be good quality. However it is apparent to me that this item has been sitting on the Amazon shelf for a long time. On the edges of one of the sheets, it had melted or otherwise "adhered to" one of the other sheets. Probably the result of the three sheets laying on top of each other for a long time. I pulled them apart of course and it left each sheet edge "roughed-up" a bit. Didn't bother me for the project I used it for.

Very good for basic gasket material I used it for a friction pad on a rotating bike-repair stand, cut fine with a utility knife, easy to replicate if necessary

I needed a gasket do the gas tank lid for my 1963 VW. I measured and cut the rubber material to fit inside the lip. It worked perfectly. It was easy to cut, the right thickness and fit the lid so I got a great seal.

These rubber sheets were perfect for a repair job I had to make on a 35 year old backwater valve for my home. Heavy flooding in my area this past August caused many basements to be flooded due to failing sump pumps or worse from failing or non-existant backwater valves which allowed overflowing municipal sewers to back up into basements. I was untouched but afterwards I decided to inspect mine which hadn't been done in many, many years. Turns out the rubber gasket on the flapper had totally deteriorated and fell apart in my hands when I attempted to clean off all the you-know-what from it. Proccuring a replacement gasket was impossible to find. A replacement flapper with gasket non-existant. I tried 3 different look-alikes as my backwater valve no longer exists on the market. None of them fit properly if at all. So I was faced with 2 choices. Have the basement floor jack hammered open and install a new backwater valve at a cost of several thousand dollars as well as a humungous mess or make a new gasket. I chose option 2. These rubber sheets filled the bill. I traced out what I needed onto one sheet, cut it out and glued it in place with crazy glue. I won't know if this fix is adequate until the next disaster but I'm sleeping better at night knowing at least there is a sealing gasket in the right place as of now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It came in a timely manner. I have yet to use it in the project that I bought it for.

These were perfect for making new rubber gaskets for the rear view mirrors on my custom street rod.

I used these rubber sheets under a washing machine pan that kept moving (plastic pan against a smooth hardwood floor). I placed a few sheets underneath and now the machine stays in place! It worked really well for what I needed it for.
