I bought this based on the website and extremely limited reviews but in the hope that to use for home working it would be just the ticket. I have not been disappointed! The sound is reported as clear at the other end of Teams, Webex and Google meet calls. It reduces keyboard typing noise and both volume and mic can be muted independently. In short it does everything I could expect and I feel sure it would support a number of people in a smallish meeting room although I cannot testify to that. I would say the quality would also be OK for background music albeit that is clearly not what it is designed for.

Bought this for my elderly mum and dad to help them with their zoom calls.Incredibly easy to use for them - just plug and play and the sound quality is great. They can hear much more clearly now and we can hear them much better (the mic in their laptop isn't great).Would recommend

Having the need to attend a lot more virtual meetings due to the pandemic, I had noticed that my headset was beginning to make my ears ache at the end of a long day.So I decided to try a different approach and this conference phone device works a treat.It is a USB connection, so has replaced my headset.It has a built-in cable tidy system that minimises the amount of cable visible.The sound quality is pretty good, although I do advise testing with the unit in different positions around you until you find the optimum position.There are more expensive units on the market, but this is an ideal device to start with and you will no longer wish to wear a headset, unless you require a little more privacy.

Nice build quality, feels solid. Very easy to setup with plug and play basically, had to tweak windows to make this the default sound and microphone device but that's nothing.The Google meet and Teams meetings I now go on are much clearer, I give no echo and never have to mute my input unless I choose to, much better than pc mic. Sound could be better, it's definitely better than pc speaker but I get crackling if I go over about 85 on volume, although that is loud enough to hear anyway. Bright status lights and very responsive touch buttons. Long enough USB lead too. I wanted a usb device rather than one I had to keep charged up and this one fits the bill very well. I am pleased and happy with this

While the speaker quality is good, I can’t say the same for the microphone. People were constantly complaining that my words were getting cut out. Also it was causing echo problems. After giving it the best shot for a month had to sadly ditch it and go for a new device.

Unfortunately the first part of talking isn’t heard, as you transition from microphone to speaking it seems that the very first few words are muted. Shame really as otherwise a very useful bit of kit

Extremely simple to set up, it did the jobs I needed it to do. Great!

Sound is good quality but when used in Teams meetings I am forever being cut off when speakingOther members on meeting are constantly saying that my sound quality is poor/ brokenWill be replacing with a jabra.Would love to return item for refund but stupidly binned the box on day of receipt thinking I had bought a reasonable quality item - how wrong was I?
