I have been using this fiber for almost a month and let me say this does great. I am regularly emptying my bowels 3 times a day. Tip for everyone avoid caffeine to prevent very loose stools. I drink it with a combination of orange juice and grapefruit juice, 4 and 4 oz And just put 2 tablespoons of fiber, mix and chug and mix and chug. Or i do the juices, a celery stick and fiber and blend it. Celery adds more fiber and also tastes great. I dont let it sit, I drink it in less than 10 seconds cause if you don't know how natural fiber works it literally starts absorbing water as soon as it is in it. I dont bloat and get gassy. I believe if you do have those symptoms avoid dairy and to much bread and you'll feel great.

Product is great, have been using it for a year to promote weight lose and regularity.But my past two orders from Amazon have produced products that are unrelated. The first time I got a onesy for infants, and my second order was wrong also. 10/20/22 Amazon must have something else in that bin.

Totally worth my $$$. I’m getting an even bigger bag than I was buying in Walmart! I have this to ship to my home every month! It even comes with it’s own measures spoon scooper. Totally recommend. Also a great way to clean yourself out if you know what I mean. I drink lots of water after drinking it to let it go in effect quicker. Works like a charm. My husband is obsessed over this stuff!

This is really the only product that has helped me with my digestive issues. I eat it with some yogurt daily and keeps me regular plus helping with blood sugar levels. I can’t drink it with water but yogurt seems to do the trick.

The product is worth the money, especially if it goes well with your diet. I have been on a set diet for a full 7 days and just added the Nopalina to it. It has made a difference, I can see my stomach is less bloated, and I have movement frequently and not uncomfortably. I will continue to use this product for sure.

Had to get use to the taste. If you take it accordingly you will begin to see results immediately. Glucose numbers were between 115-128 dropped under 100. My husband glucose numbers went from 296 down to 180. It also helped control his blood pressure. Highly recommend
