Its a useless product please dont waste your money guys. I used for 6months but not even 1% effect. Just do exercise for 1hour everyday take proper diet and change your life style you find changes in you and continue.

For the conditions Ath outlines as indications for this product, it works wonderfully well. The dose mentioned might be a little too low for some, but Ath does say the dose varies depending on severity the conditions. Like any Ayurvedic product, it does take time to act—so one needs to be patient (no pun intended).
