These were just the gloves my wife was looking for. She bought a pair of these years ago and wanted a new pair. I looked at all the local box stores for them including the store where she bought her first pair. No one carried them anymore. So I decided to try the internet and found them right here on Amazon at a great price. Personally, I prefer deerskin gloves because they hold up better than most other materials, but my wife likes these best for her gardening chores.

I use these gloves for winter work in the woods where I cut firewood all winter long. They are much more durable than leather, warmer too. They are better when working with snow covered or wet wood. They have good feel and grip for handling a chainsaw, splitting axe, or the pieces of wood. I buy several pair at a time - just to make sure I can suit up my son if he stops over to help.

Holes appeared in the tips of fingers after wearing only a few times.
