Purchased for myself as I have a spinal trauma which affects my arms & legs. This Double layer shoulder harness is genuinely AMAZING! No I have not been paid for this feedback. I tried the cuff out immediately as it arrived as I was moving properly & placed it in the microwave, HEATED BEAUTIFULLY No scalding or burning the temperature felt lovely. I now use mine when I am gardening to lifting a box. For a cold pack just pop in your freezer, the material is top dollar! Great straps and expansion for a larger arm, I purchased the large. RECOMMEND AS A GENUINE ITEM.

A really comfortable shoulder pack. Covers the entire shoulder, due to its design I guess you can wear in directly on the skin without it being too cold. So it get right in where you need it.

The shoulder ice pack on the whole works well. The design holds the ice pack where required and in position providing necessary pain relief where required. However the design is quite awkward. The straps that secure around the bicep/tricep are joined under the armpit. This is very hard to do with one hand meaning it’s left a bit loose or it takes a helping hand. Would have been better if there was a strap that joined on top of the arm, possibly just one long strip instead of two.

Sustains damage to my rotator cuff and this looked ideal but when tried it seemed to pull my arm down making the pain worse and restrict my arm movement even more than prior to using. It maybe ok for other shoulder problems but not for a rotator cuff injury. The product itself is good quality hence the 3 stars but not for what but didn’t work for me

Great product, good quality. Difficult to put on with velcro straps, but takes time to get used to putting it on.

This brace was clearly designed with only flat-chested people in mind. The strap was too wide to fit in the buckle properly. I managed to squeeze it through to try the brace on but because it was too wide I couldn't adjust the strap once it was on my body. Additionally, because I am not flat-chested it was constantly riding up into my armpit which was very uncomfortable. I don't feel like this brace was providing any actual support to my shoulder. It was painful to wear.

I struggled with a rotator injury before purchasing this. It is easy and comfortable to use and has helped me rehabilitate and get back in the gym.

My wife has torn her tendons in her shoulder and whilst waiting for surgery the doctor has recommended cold treatment. This shoulder cold pack is excellent. It's well made and has a nice feel to it. You can buy an extra ice pack insert if you need it. It fits and holds well, even on a smaller person. It took about 30 minutes to freeze (but stays flexible) and provided about 30 minutes of therapy. We haven't tried heating it but I'm sure it will work just as well. It is fiddly to put on and really needs someone doing it for you (especially if you already have a painful shoulder!!). Definitely recommend this is you need a shoulder ice pack that stays where you need it. At under $30 it's great value for money. Full 5 stars.

The material quality of this ice pack is extremely good and it feels very durable. However, I purchased it for shoulder impingement syndrome, and it wasn't as effective for that specific issue as I had expected. It's a great product, but it might not be the best design for every type of shoulder pain.
