A good air cleaner for the price. I like the cast base instead of sheet metal. A nice tight fit on a Rochester 1BC one barrel (light tapping with a brass hammer). Didn't come with a nut but that gave me options from my spare nut supply.

Works fine,The screws that hold it onto the carburetor it’s just a hole down screws kind of cheesy but you can get it to work fine just have to drill a hole and little ways into the carburetor so it has a indentation to hold onto

The sheet metal screw that is supposed to hold it to the carb air horn is a joke, it just snapped off when I went to tighten it, drilled and tapped hole to 1/4 20, problem solved, other than that it's pretty decent.

Fits Carter BBD on my Poly 318. Had to cut the bracket off of the bottom retaining piece because the sides were making it unable to screw on. After that it went down with some taps of a hammer then the air filter wingnut screwed on with the stock screw. Can already feel more power👍🏼

Installed on my 89 jeep wrangler 4.2. Only drove it about 3-5 hours. It clogged quickly and the jeep wouldn’t start after not very long. Purchased a new carb and it still wouldn’t start until I pulled this filter off realizing it was the problem. It’s just too small for a vehicle, might work for an rc plane… Don’t buy this if you’re installing on a vehicle. It also didn’t fit well at all. It’s officially in the trash and installed a proper filter.

Cost more to send back as in Australia than it is for the product to return it

Great filter fits perfectly on my 1948 Plymouth flathead with a B&B single barrel. Looks great wonderfull finish.
