A Great great vacuum
11/5/20 Re-update-So Amazon refunded me promptly and I was fine that it didnt work out. But THEN, an email was received from the support team offering to replace the defective vacuum I received, and said not to worry it will be no additional cost-They just want to right the wrong. I was very impressed with their quality control handling and decided to give it a try. I mean, this wasnt going to cost me atleast. Right away, I got my initial impression, like before, that I remembered why I liked it so much, and decided to update this review to be fair. The one thing, of the many things, that sticks out to me the most, and no other maker has dont this yet, is how easy it is to clean the canister. There's a black plastic guard inside, that this model has allowed it to be easily released so you can take out all the hair and lint, etc without any hassle. This is big for me! We all have long hair in my home. And, I empty out my canister after each use daily. Being that it has a fairly long life rechargeable battery duration, I can get a decent amount of my house vacuumed on one charge. I hope this stays a wonderful vaccum, if not Ill be back to update again🤷.10/20/20 UPDATED: I HAD TO RETURN THIS MACHINE. Got arefund from Amazon. The seller just offered a $20 dl gift card. The 2 main reasons: were the suction was almost null after a few uses ( the sponge filter got clogged/full with just a few uses in a small house) & it blows back the dust in your face rather than staying in the filters. Maybe this has to do with them being full, but this shouldn be happening so quickly.*Another small detail is after about a min of use, it would automatically go from max mode to regular mode on its own. Annoying if you want the max mode the whole time.*-------------------------------------------------Im have been a staunch user of Dyson. Not after yesterday when I used my Moosoo K24 cordless for the first time. I have cement polished floors and its lovely. The lights are a nice detail that Dyson doesn't come with. I have a stick V6 and it has only been okay and now is failing me. In contrast, the dust/trash cups are easier to open in this Moosoo and the insert metal filter comes out so easily. cant say the same for Dyson. It is a dread to clean my Dyson and I do after each use🤦. This brush is so easy to slip in and out as well. Dyson no way, I broke the little non replaceable clip almost immediately. It also offers a clear tube from the head to tube so you can clean there as well. Dysons is grayed out and so hard if something gets lodged. Now Dyson would take days to back to me and Moosoo is immediate or next day. I know this is made in China but Dyson is lagging it way behind. I am curious about their other products now. Oh, and easy peesy to put it together right out of the box and it was already charged. Love it so far.

Solid vacuum, but some inconveniences to come to terms with
Overall, for $150 after tax (what i paid 11/2020 with a 30$ coupon) i think This vacuum will probably work well for most people on a budget but in the market for a cordless stick vacuum. Check out 'Vacuum Wars' on YouTube to see the older k17 model from moosoo. I believe they beat most of the competition at this price range.Let me warn you that this is my first cordless stick vacuum to try out and my expectations may be on the high side as i am coming from corded uprights made from bissell in the 90$ price range.Below is a list of things i didn't like, then things i liked. Ultimately i am on the fence about returning the vacuum and going for a higher budget vacuum. With that said, i aim to give it a chance and try it for a week or two prior to making a decision.1. Regarding the attached photo showing the side of the housing up close: this is likely a quality control issue during packaging, but i don't like seeing deep gouges on the housing of a new unit. No plastic packaging was torn or used, in fact the rest of the kit looked very much new and unused. I checked for dust in crevices and inside the filter prior to using it. I also appreciated the neatness of the packaging.2. I wish the Wall Mount allowed you to hold all the attachments instead of just being a mild support for the assembled unit (the vacuum would fall off the wall mount if the vacuum didn't touch the floor in some way because the wall mount doesn't extend out far enough to fully support the power unit alone). If that didn't make much sense, imagine trying to place a pair of shoes on a shoe rack that is mounted to a wall but the rack only extends 3" from the wall... Your shoes will always fall off unless you turn them sideways or you wear toddler sized shoes.3. I really wanted the Charging System to be hands-free. By that i mean that on this unit, you have to plug in the charging cable to the battery every single time you want to charge it. The same inconvenience extends through more expensive models in the 300$ like the Simplicity S65, therefore I'm not surprised by this feature being left out.4. Swivel base's two slender rubber roller wheels don't have enough friction to actually grab hard or carpetted floors when at a shallow angle for things like cleaning under entertainment systems or couches. It just slips across the floor when you are lower than a 30-40° angle from the floor to the vacuum. This isn't too big of a deal though because the unit is so incredible light! I can simple muscle it around left and right with little effort if need be.5. Big annoyance for me: the bin is easy enough to open, but difficult to empty anything that gets stuck above the cusp of the base of the black plastic filter/strainer housing (see photo showing my finger trying to reach in to grab the dust/hairball). I also strongly dislike how hair wraps itself around the strainer/metal filter and is difficult to get to/cleanout without getting my hands all dust and dirty disassembling the filter from the bin each time to remove light large masses of dusty hair or fluff. Not necessarily a deal breaker for me as the vacuum did a wonderful job picking up fine dust and hair. Just me nit-picking at an annoyance.6. When trying to remove attachments, it feels like i need a 3rd hand. This is because the female attachment is stationed on the main vacuum unit and not on the stick and other attachments. Granted, i understand why they did it, to save money on making several female connectors which require the additional tab, foam seal, and thicker plastic. But maybe a spring loaded system or something that enables me to easily remove an attachment using one hand is feasible in future models? What i liked:- Picked up fine dust pretty well using roller brush attachment- filters dust out of the air pretty well, but system may not be sealed very well or not a true HEPA filter because my wife and i could smell a little odor and dust, but only a very small amount. This is still much improved from standard vacuum cleaners in this price range.- love the LEDs on the roller attachment- appreciated how the extension hose coil can freespin inside the connector housings. This means i never have to worry about rotating the extention hose as i stretch it out or retract it in like on old or low end vacuums.- liked the crevis pickup tool and soft bristle attachments12/08/20 update:We returned this vacuum and went with the Dyson V10 absolute. It is a massive jump in price to $400 but we really found the air filtration to be inadequate even with the advertised hepa filter. This system is not a fully sealed system and that was a deal breaker in the end due to how much it effected my allergies. If not for the air filtration issue, i most certainly would have kept the unit because it was a good deal. I saw the price drop to the $130-140 range during cyber Monday, that certainly sounds like a steal given all the features you get from the price.

Really recommend it!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This vacuum is really similar to the Dyson V8, but I would prefer this to the V8 over anyday. It is not loud, the color is pretty, it is a lot cheaper, and you don't have to keep on pressing the suction button, unlike the Dyson one which hurts my thumb after a while of using it. The suction power is also great comparing to the V8.

Great Vacuum!!!!!!
Just got this yesterday and used it for the first time today..it really sucks.! (well...it's a vacuum!) does an excellent job picking up dog hair on our hardwood floors, then went into the bedroom and worked great on the carpet, then back to hardwood without problems. It has a battery pack so that if anything goes wrong, we'll just have to replace the batter pack. Hope it continues as it's a great purchase and really good vacuum. It seems to be well made. Not just "cheap-o stuff" Winner winner..we did a lot of research before we bought this one.

Inferior to the Moosoo K17?! Yep.
*EDIT* Moosoo actually had the nerve to contact me and offer me a free K17 or a refund as long as I TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN. Crooked much???I bought this alongside the latest (brushless motor and higher suction) K17, which is the vacuum Moosoo built their brand recognition with.No contest. The K17 beat it on features, build quality, ease of use, attachments, even power (which surprised me, given the numbers). You're paying more for less with this one.
