Don't Buy
If I could have put no stars I would have, item came, no box, dodgy charger which I've replaced, charged it up within minutes battery is flat, so charged it up again and guess what within minutes battery is dead again. I brought this as a present and am really disappointed with it also very embarrassed that I was going to give it to someone as a present, waste of money because can't use it.

This is a christmas present for my daughter so it hasn't been used yet. I am very impressed with how immaculate it looks as a refurbished item.

Terrible product, ineffective, do not order!
This product should not be sold, particularly not through amazon. It took literally ten minutes to turn on, then once on you couldn't link your icloud / set up a new one as too many people have done so previously. In addition to this you couldn't download any games to the device as none were compatible. It ran so slowly, literally taking approx 30seconds - 60 seconds to switch from one thing to another. So disappointed with this product and think amazon should seriously re-consider selling this and advertising this as a 'good quality item'.

Absolutely terrible product and the worst company I have ever dealt with on Amazon. Their products do not work, are not supported by Apple. They WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY TO YOU. I can't believe Amazon allows them on their platform. I'm so mad when this resolved I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on Amazon for allowing this company to rip people off.

Quick and Flawless Delivery. It's so sad Apple has discontinued the Product which made them Mainstream. My Kids love it. Draw Back: Unless you Apple Configurator and a plist editor, it's hard to get newer apps to the Pods. But achievable. I am also happy for the upgrade I received :-)
