What an amazing little gadget! Long enough to reach out 8 char broil bbq that the starter spark burnt out years ago! I also lit my fireplace that I couldn't reach for the life of me... until I purchased this lighter. It does not use butane, just charge it up and you are ready to go. It even has a Light on the tip so you can see perfectly where you'll be lighting. ☆☆also the light on is the power being on. Just FYI highly recommended

KInd of strange at first since there's no flame. This lighter should last a long time! Pretty nifty!

This is a very unique lighter. I like using it, though!

I was concerned that it would not ignite the natural gas in the fireplace. It works like a charm. I also like the way that it was packaged for shipping.

Loved it.....for the week it worked. When the spark didn’t come on, I thought it was time to charge it. I charged. The spark never did come back on. I’m trying to charge it again, but so far- nothing! And I’d just thrown the long narrow box away this morning. If you buy it- keep the box for return.only worked a week! I decided to keep it anyway because it makes a great skinny flashlight.

Thickness of prongs hide arch from view making it hard to align it with the candle wick. Very light and feels flimsy.

Two things would make this ideal for my use: First, it LOOKS like it extends/collapses, but the length is fixed. Bummer. Second, the push button is way up the shaft so the EFFECTIVE length isn't what you'd expect. Make it extend for use and put the button closer to the end and you've got my last star.

- Cool concept and design. Admittedly, the partial sentiment comes from my being enamored with the novelty and how it made me feel like a wizard. (2⭐️)- Needs constant recharging and Mother Theresa patience. What happens if there was a blackout and this lighter ran out of juice? (0⭐️)- Died after a couple weeks of use and now takes up space in my clutter closet. (0⭐️)- Fun while it lasted. Great marketing for Zippo lighters, for which I’m now an aficionado of. (5⭐️ for Zippo)
