Early impressions are very good. This is based on a couple of five minutes sessions on the board and using the resistance bands today. My posture instantly feels much better. My back feels less tight. My back feels different but in a very good way. This might not necessarily be your experience, so stick with it a while. I do have concerns about longevity of the device, as it seems like it could break under pressure, after a period of use. I hope that's not the case, because this is a fab device. I will update my review after a longer period of use. EDIT: My review stands. This is an excellent piece of equipment if you want to stretch your back, and correct posture. I grew by 1cm, at my last physical, by using it 3 times a week. I didn't expect that, but there you go!

Bought this as I recently had 3 herniated disk in my lower back and trapped nerve in my leg which has resulted in drop food and partial paralysis in my lower leg and foot. I bought this hoping it may help as I'm in constant pain . More so when I get in bed and all through the night. Thought this would help release any nerves that are trapped and help with the pain. I have used it a few times now , it does give relief somewhat but only briefly . Maybe after I have used it a few times more it will help a bit more .

Arrived as expected. well packaged. Easy to assemble. I think it is expensive for what it is but I knew that when purchased. Does it work? It does what it says but does it help my back ?? Time will tell.

So first of all the assembly, I'm a 31 year old semi fit man and it was quite hard to assemble my gf tried but she couldn't do it. Getting the tension required is a bit of hard work. The comfort depending on your floor, grab yourself a pillow you will need it for your head it hurts. Quite painful. The instructions are a little wishy washy for my liking just says use at base of spine and use for x minutes. The results, the next day you do feel a little broken similar to if you've ever had physio. Much like physio after a few goes you start to wonder whether this thing/person is trying to hurt you or the pain is merely healing. After about couple of weeks I did feel a little better but honestly couldn't tell you if that was a miracle healing power of this thing or my pride in taking that much punishment that my pain tolerance was a little higher. Since moving I have stopped using the device but will start again and see if my experience differs in any way. I can't tell you that the product works, then again I really can't tell you that it doesn't work.

Great for decompressing spine and easy to adjust

After many years of back problems and a recent recurrence of a lumbar injury I decided to try this as I was finding in therapy that especially back extension stretches were helping with my recovery. I started trying it on the lowest height, taking great care and listening to my body, found it did what I wanted and, along with other therapy and exercises, it seems to have helped. It seems well made, the padding gives contact comfort. It's a small price for a piece of kit that has helped me with my own recovery and, possibly more importantly, an injury prevention regime. I'm not a medic or therapist so can only talk of my own experience. DO seek professional advice for your own circumstances!

One of the slots to secure the back rest broke off almost immediately. However, there are two more which hold the stretcher in place more than adequately. The main thing is follow the instructions and enjoy the benefits. It's great. Felt a difference in a very short time.

I really like this, my back feels great when I lie on it. I find the cushioning is a great addition as it makes the experience more comfortable. I did find it hard to get into the 2nd and 3rd slots, but it became easier. It's a lovely relaxing experience
