I bought this fan to replace one in an older costume that only uses battery packs to power it, and I really wanted to try one that could be powered by portable power packs. It works very well with the power packs I have, has a strong fan to inflate, and keeps the inflation well. I wish there was an on/off switch on the fan itself, as it powers on when you plug in the portable pack, but since the battery pack has an on/off switch, this could be why there isn't one on the fan. Otherwise, it's a great buy and highly recommended!

We got this as extra one bacuse the one that came with my sons inflatable costum didnt work we had to exchange it but we order this one just incase and it worked better than the one that came with the costum its really easy to use

The fan in my costume of 11 years finally died, I was pleasantly surprised to find you can but replacement fans and really reasonable prices. The first one I ordered was so loud I had to raise my voice to be heard, I was a little skeptical when I ordered this one, since it didn't have many reviews, but it worked like a charm!It was quiet (as quiet as my old fan was anyway) and worked wonderfully. I like the upgrade from my decade old fan where I can use batteries or a power bank.
