This stuff is great!
I bought this product to help reduce body inflammation from which I was suffering. After taking the first pill, I noticed almost immediately that I felt better. As such, I've continued to take one pill on a daily basis and have continued to feel better. I no longer feel the pain from which I used to suffer. In fact, I felt so strongly about this product that I purchased a second bottle for a friend.

Best for inflammation and muscle pain
I have only been taking this for 4 days and have already seen a massive improvement in how I'm feeling. I have suffered from major inflammation and am hypertensive which at 34 years old an discovering is NOT a good thing lol but seriously this stuff is great. Working with my foam roller and seeing more benefits than I have in years!

The best magnesium out there
If I run out of the brand and trying another one, after two days I will feel it on my muscles. I workout a lot and with this magnesium I’m literally pain free and rarely get sore. MAGIC in a bottle.

Capsules easier to swallow than normal tablets
These magnesium supplements are great because the come in a capsule rather than tablet form. Magnesium supplements are inherently large, so having them in a capsule are much easier for me to swallow then the tablet form, which tends to produce more friction when going down then than the smooth surface of the capsule. They will be my go-to from now on.

Works excellent for migraines
I am very happy with the magnesium oxide, my migraine headaches are gone. If I happened to get one it not that long, my headaches lasted weeks or entire months. I am very pleased with them. I take the magnesium oxide with vitamin D.
