Works!
I think all of these kinds of patches have a learning curve to getting them on. I went through like 3 of them learning and I enlisted my husbands help and he went through a few too.....so don't get to upset if you don't get right the first time. Now for me, I have been able to get these to stay on for the full 14 days of my sensor. They are a little frayed on the ends by the end of the first week but not a big issue for me. The end of my last sensor it was peeling up on one side just a bit but it still lasted the full 2 weeks. I do use skin tac when I put on my sensor so the little residual skin tac from doing that might help in keeping the patch on. I like that there's no glue in the middle so for the most part it's not on my sensor itself. Comfortable to wear. Dries fairly quickly after showering. I have not worn it in a pool yet but I'm assuming it would stay in place. I wish there were more colors. I'm not trying to hide it, so I'd love more fun colors or even prints.

Works and works well.
I am new to CBS monitoring. My first sensor stayed on four 4 of its intended 14 days. A little research brought up things like this and skin prep. I use both on my second sensor application. True to it word it lasted about a week. Then it started to come off. It was replaced and it went another week, 14 days for my sensor YEAH! I do not believe the first one had any skin prep on it. The second one did. Trying to get it off was a bear. Hind sight being what it is I was going to switch arms anyway and should maybe let the used sensor and patch come off on their own. So guys shave your arm use skin prep and this patch and maybe your sensor will stay there, maybe forever! ROFL

Best so far...
About 8 months into using the Freestyle and I love it. I do not love sensors falling off. Perhaps as a diabetic I should adopt a lazier lifestyle... Nope, that is not me. I'm quite active and live in the south and therefore my arm is always moving and always sweating. I'm on a mission to find the perfect solution. So far, this is the best I've tried. I get so tired of people saying, "Oh, you want something that's easy on your skin." No! I want something that needs acetone and a chisel to take off... These are nice and sticky. The first one had to come off early - not because the sticky failed, but because the sub-cue dislodged from my skin. both the sensor and the patch were still firmly in place. So far, so good. The hardest part is figuring out how to peel off the backing when you're flying solo.

Best patch I have found
It is the right size, easy to apply even one handed, and stays on the entire two weeks. When I removed my last sensor I found that almost all the glue from the sensor had let go, but my overpatch kept the sensor right to my arm and working so I got the complete life of an expensive product. I also like that the spot that makes contact with the sensor is without adhesive so the rare times when I must change the patch it is easy and doesn't pull my sensor out.

Lasts about a week
Patches generally last me one week before having to put a new one. It's helpful that there is no adhesive right where the sensor is so it doesn't pull the sensor off. These are easy to put on. I wish they were a little cheaper though.

Bad Batch?
Bought this item about 7 months ago and it worked like a charm covering and protecting my Freestyle sensor. Ran out in December and reordered the same item however this batch is definitely inferior. On the first one use. It peeled off on its own by the 3rd day. Had to cut around and added second patch. That lasted about 6 days before edges started curling up. Luckily made it 2 weeks before had to replace my sensor. Next patch applied 1/16 and it fell off by 1/19 causing me to lose sensor. Just applied the item in pic on Friday 1/31 and already curling up. Im hoping it's just an old batch with faulty adhesives.

So so product, adhesive issues.
I had trouble with these covers staying affixed to my skin. I struggled with the adhesive irritating my skin to the point of causing a rash. I only used these for few weeks and had to discontinue use of them due to the rash they were causing. Please be advised if you have sensitive skin, use with caution.

Great product for active individuals.
I've been using this product for over a year along with Skintac. I'm very pleased with the durability and quality. For me they have last past 14 days even after workouts swimming and showers. Highly recommended for active individuals along with Skintac!
