This stuff is a game changer for our family. Our daughter has IBS and her low-fodmap diet is extremely hard to cook for. Being able to replace garlic and onion flavor in our food has been fantastic. The only drawback is the saltiness of this powder. It is extremely easy to over-salt the the food. Take care and dose slowly until the proper flavor is reached.The price is high..but when you live with this diet, it becomes worth it.

Great alternative for Low Fodmap Diet

Taste good considering it doesn’t have Garlic or onion.

Wonderfully tolerated seasoning without side effects

My go-to for garlic flavor has been garlic oil, but not every dish has oil in it, so I was so excited to find the Smoke n Sanity Essence of Garlic Salt! And a bonus is that I get DOUBLE garlic flavor when I do use it with garlic oil in my dishes. I wish garlic loved me as much as I love it. Now I get all the garlicky goodness. P.S. Keep this and the onion salt in the fridge; they can get rancid quickly if not refrigerated.

This has served as a good alternative to Garlic powder. This has ADDED Salt, so you do not need to salt your food again, or it will be way too much salt. This spice has a more powdery texture than regular seasoning, so you need to be careful about how much you sprinkle or spoon out. But it has a great taste and added good flavor to meals. I will buy again when I run out, but this spice goes a long way.

This was some of the worst seasoning that I have ever used. The seasoning tasted very artificial & unpleasant. It has a bad after taste & to me is not worth the money. This seasoning is very salty, the smell was bearable, but I do not recommend.
