Screen is big and holds good while I am driving. Screen resolution is excellent. Easy to operate by kids. I have this for over a year but still working well.

In less than six months the sound went out, and i was so disappointed because the manual didn't have a number to call, but i went online and emailed customer service and VOILA they answered in less than 24 hours. Now that is great customer service in my opinion. There was no run around. They asked for my amazon order number and are replacing my unit with no question. I don't have to return the old one which i am donating to a hearing impaired child because close captions and the player work perfectly. This is really great customer service, and because the unit is so easy to work for my 3 year old grandson i purchased another for my daughter's vehicle. I would highly recommend. I don't know if Olivia is a real person, but she is a champ to my grandson. Now i am going to shop their other products.

This DVD player is almost identical to one we bought for our oldest daughter a few years ago. The only negative is that the mount for this player doesn't have latches that open to lock it to a headrest. Instead, you have to loosen some screws to adjust to headrest post width. Then you have to remove the headrest and thread the posts through the holder. Not nearly as easy as the other version we bought. Outside of that, it is perfect. Good quality. Videos play easily. Remotes work well.

Bought for my toddler to have something to watch in long car trips. Wasn’t the easiest to install/secure to the seat but the picture quality is nice and the sound is loud enough for him to hear in the backseat without us having to hear it in the front. Haven’t tried the headphones but it comes with a wall plug and a car plug so that’s nice.

The dvd player was a great buy. Worked great right out of the box. It is easy to put together and the remote makes it easy to get a dvd up and running quickly. Image quality is very nice. I also tested it with an SD card containing a MP4 file. Worked great. I have no complaints and would definitely buy this unit again. We have a 1 year old and despeartely needed something to keep him calm on road trips. My only regret is I didn't buy it sooner. I also reached out to their customer service to get an additional mounting bracket. They were very responsive and took care of my issue quickly.

An update to my earlier post: I contacted the company and they were very responsive to my question. They recommended another cable that would sync with my iphone SE as well as an HDMI adapter that would connect the cable with the screens, and best of all, they gave me a refund for both products before I purchased them! Olivia the rep from the company emailed me daily to make sure that I received the refund and that everything was satisfactory. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile.Actually I wanted to post a question. I purchased the cable that was recommended here to sync my iphone SE (first generation, 2016) to this system, and it didn't work. Just a blank screen that says no signal. Will be returning this DVD player. Have to turn it off and on multiple times to get it to play the DVD. Will not play some DVD’s. Freezes quite a bit during the movie. I do not recommend this product. Only good thing about this product is that it’s easy to put the dvd in. That’s about it. Had high hopes for this product. it’s good when it works but a pain to try and get the movie going.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this product, I got this for my 1 1/2 year old, because when we take the 5 hour drive to visit family. He usually screams/cries most of the car ride there, since I got this he maybe cried like twice for 2 mins, and on the way home, he didn’t make a single noise! I would definitely recommend this. We couldn’t use the mount that came with it, since our son is still rear facing and will be for a while cause he is very tiny, so we used heavy duty Velcro to keep it up. We don’t have bars on the backseat headrest like other cars. Ours is just one piece. But other then that I’m extremely happy with my purchase!! It was worth the money to me! 😍my son gets to watch blues clues on road trips and I get peace and quiet! It’s a win win!!!
