The best kit I've purchased. Between this & the ArmWunder 2.0, there's nothing in my body I can't massage. I got this kit in particular exclusively for the star-shaped tool that is excellent for the small & almost inaccessible muscles on hands & feet, especially between the finger bones. I have terribke knots in every muscle, but my hands & feet are a micro-minefield. Usually you have to massage 1 hand w/ the other, which make the knots & pain in the other hand worse. The little star tool is the only thing I've found to help, w/out worsening the other hand as you can use your arms to apply pressure instead. But it gets better! The hard rubber ball is awesome for rolling your feet on, or for pinning between your back & a wall to massage your full back. There's also a bigger ball that I thought would be useless, but it's my kne favorite tool for massaging my hip & glute muscles, as it's far more comfortable than the smaller balls. Honestly, if I'd bought just this kit & the ArmWumder, I'd be set for life. If only I'd known that several hundred dollars ago. 😅

Since middle age decided to take hold of my body, my neck pain and shoulder has been rough. I’ve tried different things; tennis balls, massagers, door jams (gets knots under the shoulder blades), and while they are some help, they weren’t much help. This set was a gift from my wife. I doubt I would have ever bought it for myself just seeing it. But wow! I don’t write reviews. Don’t have the time, nor much to add. However, these help me more than anything I’ve had at home, or anywhere else outside of professionals getting paid for being professionals. I love these. The little one that looks like a diamond is my favorite. It finds individual muscles in my neck like an angel sent from heaven to help me. The ball and other one that looks like a dumbbell are in my top three along with the diamond shaped one. They are firm without being hard and… if you need something for pain I cannot recommend this set more.

There are too many variations to choose from when you don’t know what you need. I love that this came with options, different sizes, and feels. This was absolutely the best money I have ever spent. I was in a car accident. I have cervical, thoracic, SI joint, hip problems. I tore my labrum in my shoulder. I have tendinitis and arthritis in my thumb and hand. I found ways to alleviate most pain areas with each different size and texture. The only one I was not fond of was the trigger point ball. I preferred the smaller rubber trigger point object I would like to get another set to have a double of each size to lay on the yoga mat with.
