Unfortunately this product is to light - it bangs around and gets caught in your arms - really disappointed in it

Simple and effective
First time using one of these. I've swum about 1000m with it now, and never once noticed it behind me - I have to check it's still there from time to time. I've used it at the end point of an out-and-back swim a couple of times, it's big enough to provide enough buoyancy for a decent rest.Although I hope I never need it, it's good to know it's there. And I know of lives that would have been saved by using one.
