Williams adjustable pin spanner wrench seems to be a high-quality tool. The only improvement would be to have a longer handle for more leverage, but other than that it will get the job done.

This Williams scanner tool broke immediately upon trying to unscrew a rack and pinion collar, I purchased this more expensive tool for Williams tools because I thought it would be better quality than the cheaper competitors version! WRONG it broke immediately, and the customer service after a month of waiting on a replacement says you can’t use force on their tool so it was my fault? Unbelievable response from the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. My collar loosened easily with a small pipe wrench I just wanted this tool to not have pipe wrench marks on the collar. So buyer beware these tools are complete junk and they won’t stand behind their product if there is a problem.
