Q: Does this contains soybean oil?

Not to my knowledge. I have not bought any since last summer but that was why I bought it (because it was soy free). My daughter has a soy intolerance and it worked great for her. I liked it because the smell was not overwhelming. Hope this helps!

Q: Does tgis product work well against fleas?

I don't know anything that repels fleas except killing them on dog and cat

This is a nice small bottle that is easy to carry around. I will refill from the bigger bottles as needed.
