Screening is Cheap!
Easy to assemble, but the pieces are skinny. When i recieved mine the box was not in good condition, everything was in good condition besides a spot was damaged on the screening. I was told that i would recieve a refund for $20, never recieved it. All in all screening is cheap! Other pieces of the screening is breaking and it hasn't been outside even a month. I now have to purchase wire and replace all of it.

So far no complaints
It took my husband under 20 minutes to assemble, and my rabbit has never been as active as she's been since we moved her outdoors into this cuter-than-cute hutch. Love it! Makes me want to move into it myself lol!Got her plenty of chew toys to hopefully prevent her as much as possible from chewing up the wood, since rabbits are notorious for that.I had not yet placed these items in the hutch when I took this picture, but I also bought her a litter box and put it in the 'upstairs' section, so that the bedding inside of it won't get wet with rain. There's also an area in there which comes with the hutch where you can add hay. Got her a water and food dispenser, and put those in the lower part, cause it was getting a little crammed upstairs. She tends to spend most of her time in the lower part. We took out the lower sheet, so she can stand on the grass (but the metal cage part is on the bottom too, so if God forbid it gets knocked over, (which it shouldn't), she cannot escape.) The locks seem secure, but I might add a 'slide' lock beside each of the locks, cause I don't trust my little kids.Overall I'm loving this purchase. We have yet to find out how well it will hold up once it gets hit with all the elements. We still will be keeping her other plastic indoor cage for when the temperature starts to drop, but from what I see now, she's a whole new rabbit out there in my yard! She lost that 'bored and terrified' look on her face. And seeing her happy makes us happy too!UPDATE, a year after installing it:We added an enclosed outdoor run, to give her extra space to hop around. She LOVES it out there!Had to buy metal corner guards to protect certain areas where she would chew wood of the hutch from the inside, because chew toys were not enough to stop her. Also, I placed the hutch on 3 long pieces of wood to protect the cage from rotting into the soil.During the cold months of winter I bring the rabbit indoors in another cage. She hates being indoors, but I'm afraid frigid temperatures will kill her.Overall, this was a great purchase! I recommend :)

Fairly easy to assemble
Product feels cheap/flimsy compared to other hutches I've bought. Has held up in the wind and rain so far. Put it together by myself in about an hour, only difficult part were some screws in the top corner of the exercise area. Wish the bottom was a little more secure than it is, will probably put more supporting screws in at a later date.

Nice, compact, sturdy rabbit hutch
Sturdy and easy assembly. Like that the enclosed upper level has a window! Our rabbit actually looks out at us when going “upstairs” to eat. The only thing I’d add is some sort of removable, transparent covers for bottom, screened area, to protect our rabbit from rain. We have to cover the hutch by wrapping a tarp around the bottom to protect him from the elements.

Superior quality
Very happy indeed with this pet house. It has idiot proof assembly. Extremely well made. I have a giant bunny who loves it and his weight does not effect it at all. All locks comes with safety features and easy to clean. I am very impressed. Best pet item i have ever bought. Great value for money

Review
I understand rabbits like to chew wood, but this house is falling apart. My rabbit also at the wood on the step ladder which now has exposed staples that he cuts open his feet on. He has LOTS of toys and chewables that will usually stop him from chewing but I can't prevent him from chewing all night long. Also, the depth of the cage from the bottom was still causing poop to gather and touch his feet, which can cause infection for his wounds and isn't good for animals period. To alter that, I purchased heavy duty utility wheels that's are drilled to the bottom of the cage. So, it's okay for now, but I don't see it lasting long whatsoever. Also, because of the soft wood, the wire hay holder was ripped out by my rabbit with ease. If this gave was reinforced with other materials like plastic, PVC, etc. It would be a great product.

Cool design, but no catch in the bottom
The rabbit like this, but if you could open the roof to refill the hay, and if it had trays or atleast elevated to add your own trays under in that would have been cool, but was a cool little hutch

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service from AI Pets
The wire mesh flooring disconnected and my rabbits fell through, getting out of the cage in the middle of the night. In addition, it appears as if this flooring cannot withstand the weight of two rabbits, even though the specs say 2-3 rabbits. The wire mesh throughout the whole cage has rusted through the whole cage as well. I started noticing this two months after the hutch was placed outside. The door hinge couldn't withstand the weight of the door and disconnected from the frame as well. Now, the seller, AI Pets is requiring that I disassemble the hutch and return it in the original packaging which is not stated in the return requirements or order details anywhere.I had to go and purchase another hutch ($280.00) from a local feed store quickly as this cage is not safe for animals.
