I am totally IN LOVE with this shower head and wand. We have never had such great water pressure from a shower head and the multiple settings on the wand add a really nice touch. My husband did find the instructions frustrating and the Allen wrench that came with the kit was the wrong size. However, he's a handy guy though and was able to get them installed just fine. He's really amazed at the high quality of the pieces. So far, we haven't had any problems with the pad that holds the wand sticking to the shower wall. The shower head makes you feel like you're in a high-end spa and I'm sure that I'm staying in the shower longer than usual just because I love it so much.

Best combination showerhead ever! We’ve had this for 2 1/2 years now and still looks and works great! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while.My wife loves the large waterfall head, and I love the high-pressure handheld head. Yes, the dock for the wand has gotten loose and doesn’t stay in position when the shower is off, but when the shower is on, it stays put. You can get a separate new dock that looks a little better for pretty cheap. Also, I never used the cord that came with it, my previous showerhead had what seems to be a stainless steel cord that looks good and feels sturdy and strong.In all the other places we’ve traveled in the last 2 1/2 years, including a place that touted having the best shower ever with two different heads installed on two different walls, nothing compares to what this head provides. My wife and I are both immensely happy, and have not found a better shower anywhere else.For my every day shower I have the wand on the setting that puts out the most number of jets with high-pressure. But every once in a while, it’s also nice to turn on the high-pressure mist and I feel like I’m in a spa.I tested it a little while ago, and it puts out a ton of water, so if you want to conserve water, you still can with his head if you turn it down. But on full blast, it’s something like 3.5 GPM- and feels amazing 😉.Lastly, I have to admit that I had to look at the picture when installing in order to put the right part in the right place. But other than that, if you need instructions to install a showerhead, you probably shouldn’t be doing it. It takes a little experience to know how tight is tight enough and not over tight. I worked as a maintenance technician for several years and installing this was a piece of cake 🍰.

Rain Shower head is large, does make the shower more relaxing. Love that the handheld shower head can attach to the tub wall at any height as I am 5ft tall and the ones that attach to the shower head neck I can’t reach! Great water flow from both heads.

We love it! This was my second oder for another shower. And the pressure is not stupid low as you would think, it's not low at all. 2 thumbs up!

Showering with this is the best thing !!! I feel like my bathroom is a spa and I am at a 5 star hotel. I feel like this improved my water pressure tremendously. Love this shower head more than any I have ever bought before. Also very easy to install

I ordered this item for the master bathroom. We loved it. I do wish the hose was longer as well for when it comes to washing my dog. Anyways no issues other than the length of hose at this point. We order a 2nd one for the guest bathroom. It leaks at the fitting where you can swap between the rainfall and the wand. They are already shipping me a replacement before I return the original. I will update this once the replacement comes in and let yall know how it is.Pros:Great pressure from wand.Decent pressure from rainfall however its exactly the pressure I expected and wanted for a rainfall shower.Love the mirror shower head.Looks awesomeWorks great.Great customer service/support.Great price for the product.Cons:The leak on one fitting on the one that is being replaced for me.Hose length.Could be a slightly longer bar to make it reach higher up for us taller people.Overall I give it a 3 out of 5. It would be a 4 out of 5 if it didnt have the leak issue. I have read other reports about leaks as well but mostly assume user error on the plumbers tape for alot of them. If the hose was longer I would have also gave a 4 out out of 5. The great customer service is why I will keep recommending this product to others as well.

This is a great product for this price,It comes in a nice package,However, the part that has to be sticked to the wall and carry the long shower, is temporary,and can not stick to the wall for a long time,It should be designed differently.
