Bought for recent neck surgery and this thing has been a godsend! First and foremost, the outer lining for the ice pack is super soft, and perfect for sensitive skin or if you have any existing scratches, lacerations, or recovering wounds. It’s also thin enough for the cold to work on the muscles but enough lining for it not to do damage to the skin.As far as the ice packs go, these get really cold which is perfect with the lining they come with. Also there’s two ice packs so you can be icing with another one in the fridge getting cold so you can rotate! I’ve refrozen them both at least 5 or 6 times and they still get to the same level of cold as when I first froze them.

Nice quality. Holds the cold really well, while remaining flexible. I’ve used these constantly for a few weeks following a slow healing injury.The 4 pack came in very handy to use to always have cold ones at the ready. The dual sided design was highly appreciated. One side is smooth, one side has a soft comfortable material. I have not used it yet for heat therapy so I cannot comment on that use. Excellent value.

They do the job.

These get COLD, like colder than they should get cold. It doesn't last as long as I like, but that is due to the thickness. But if you need an easily shaped cold pack that works great, look no further.

These get cold and have held up well... or at least the ones kids haven't lost. But hey you get 4 so when your kid uses one for the "injury" they are being overdramatic about and loses it in the pit under there bed you still have some left.

Nice product and came as expected. I love the versatility in being able to use for hot or cold applications.

I ordered these to use for facial pain as they are small and fit well. The problem is that they only remain cold for a very short time, probably due to their very thin size. I would return them except I have been using them doubled up. The size is perfect, but the time they remain cold is not.
