This product was provided to me for review by BetterBody Nutrition. I've always taken COQ10 daily for heart health and anti aging benefits. This supplement actually contains 200mg which is really high. It's better for someone who is a larger individual who works out a lot. But it's a good value for your dollar. COQ10 is usually very expensive but the price is affordable here. COQ10 also provides some relief for exercise induced muscle soreness which is helpful for guys who work out a lot like myself. I can highly recommend BetterBody's COQ10.
