This mix is incredibly good! Easy to make. Just keep checking for some esa with toothpick because any gluten free bake mix has a one minute sweet spot before becoming overdone. When this came out of the oven, it took all my will to wait for it to cook so I could frost (icing) it and try. The finished product was so delicious, surprisingly moist and delicious. Thanks for making a perfect Lemon loaf mix. Over the moon!

My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and we love dessert, so I’ve been on a mission to find good GF desserts. We heard good things about this brand on TikTok and Reddit, so we gave it a try. She loves Lemon cake but sadly it wasn’t in stock, so I purchased the caramel one instead. It came with 2 packs (very convenient). I made mine with Vanilla Activia Yogurt rather than sour cream and added a little brown sugar. It came out great! However, she prefers dry lemon cake and I didn’t make it in a pound cake pan so she wasn’t a huge fan. She did like that it doesn’t taste GF, and she thinks she would enjoy the lemon flavor a bit more so it’s still a win. Funny enough, I decided to try it myself and I’m almost embarrassed to say it was so good I finished it in two days. I made the other pack for myself as well and finished that in 2 days as well. When I went to get some more, my heart broke seeing all the flavors sold out. I tried baking some Betty Crocker cake from Target instead, and I ate like 2 pieces before throwing the rest out. You truly can’t tell it’s gluten free, which is rare to find with GF products. I stalk this product page at least once a week to see if it’s back in stock. If you’re GF (or not), I highly recommend!!!

It's extremely difficult living with Celiac Disease. It seems that all the good things I used to enjoy, pound cake, muffins, bagels, etc. I have to forgo unless I feel like making them myself. Unfortunately, as a busy physician I don't have much free time, especially to bake. I found a single lemon mix at my grocery store and decided to try it. My mom used to make a lemon pound cake when I was young and it was always one of my favorites. I never liked cake, but I loved pound cake. This cake reminded me of that. It had a wonderful texture and flavor. I probably made a thinner glaze than the recipe called for, but I was recalling my mom's old recipe. I used the juice of one entire lemon. What the recipe doesn't tell you is to poke holes all over the cake with a fork before you pour on the glaze so it can soak into the cake and give it a wonderful lemony flavor. I loved it so much that I had to purchase more from Amazon. I took some to my mom and she was impressed at how good it was. She couldn't believe it was gluten-free. This will definitely be a staple in my home from now on. Definitely a wonderful treat with coffee!

Very moist and not too heavy. I added berries, grated orange and lemon rind. Really delicious and makes a nice big batch. Tried non-dairy cashew yogurt in one batch. The other sour cream. I preferred the yogurt for taste and not as heavy. Experiment! I used muffin trays and muffin parchment for baking. An excellent flavorful "muffin base." Note: I found it to be safe on the GF but with anything new my guidance is eat in moderation.

We found this orange pound cake in a supermarket but couldn't remember which one. I didn't have sour cream so I put in a little less milk and it tasted so good. I love that they make it gluten free, the texture is great for gluten free. The price was a little steep but it tastes really good, so I bought it. It is a treat, so to buy it once in awhile isn't bad.

If you are looking at this product, you are eating gluten free. This is DELICIOUS! I Add poppy seed to the mix. So easy to make. I took this to a potluck and non-gluten free people couldn't tell it was gluten free. Which is HUGE for any bakery items. If you know...you know. I have purchased this many times and is a staple in my pantry.
