A mild mustard.
The Maille whole grain mustard has a milder flavour and hotness than English mustard. I personally find it a sweeter mustard in taste, But this is nice in sandwich fillings to complement the meat or mixed in with mash potato. It is very versatile and depends on the individuals imagination to what you want to have it with.
