Casio General Men's Watches Standard Analog MTP-1302D-1A2VDF - WW

The timepiece looks amazing, it was a pretty cheap watch but I thought it looked amazing. I replaced the band with one from CNS Watchbands and it felt much more comfortable than the standard one as I typically would accidentally pinch myself with the clamp.

I was looking for a cheap quartz Datejust alternative and many online reviews suggested this watch. I originally wanted the black and silver version but as prime only had the smoky gray and Gilt indices I went with that, in case it didn't meet expectations and needed an easy return. I needn't have worried. This watch is great!The smoky gray sunburst dial is beautiful (as good as my Aqua Terra), and matches well with the Gilt applied indices and hands and white printing (words and minute ring on border); the Gilt details give it the vintage heritage look that's popular now. It's also very easy to read (as opposed to my silver Omega quartz) and date only (which oddly makes it seem pricier). Lume is fair and present on the hands alone, but better than my Tag Heuer link. The folded bracelet is a little stiff but easy to size (google how to size a folded bracelet and this was about the easiest I've done), good quality and very comfortable. it also has 4 microadjust positions on the clasp. The movenent also hacks.On the wrist, it looks very similar to the datejust but without the heft and probably better sized at 39mm (with 20mm band). The smaller sizing and price also make it a nice alternative to the Tissot gentleman quartz. And the Casio brand makes it probably one of the cooler datejust homages, as its the brand that both hipsters and billionaires wear (per style and value).Downsides are the plated case (not full stainless), folded bracelet (though to be fair Rolex used folded bracelets originally as well) and snap on back, but at $30 can you really complain? And I needn't worry if I accidentally bash it against a doorsill. I'm wearing it already!

This is a very elegant watch for very little money. It has many features only seen on more expensive timepieces. I'm very fond of this brand and have many of their products.

Necesitaba un reloj que fuese sencillo pero a la vez con detalles que lo hagan ver de mayor valor, y gracias a Tiktok pude hallar este modelo de Casio. Me gustó, se siente sólido, bien contenido y me queda perfecto en la muñeca.

Etant à la recherche d'une montre quartz pour changer des montres automatiques, je suis tombé sur cette Casio pas très chère (30e) et de bonne facture.Le colis a été livré dans une petite boîte Casio (garantie inclus), bien protégé et arrivé dans les délais.La montre en elle-même est relativement de bonne qualité, notamment le boitier où il y a une certaine finition. Le bracelet est également de bonne qualité bien que les maillons ne soient pas flexibles. On sent que cette partie a été quelque peu négligé pour pouvoir s'aligner sur ce prix, mais une fois au poignée, ce n'est plus qu'un détail. Elle est à la fois discrète et classe, et peut se porter au quotidien.Au niveau du réglage des maillons, très simple, vous pourrez le faire avec les outils que vous avez à la maison (il existe des vidéos sur Internet si vous n'y arrivez pas) en quelques minutes.
