perfect replacement for Philips high intensity buibs
I replaced 30 Phillips high intensity bulbs with these LEDs. They fit perfectly into the existing two pin sockets in my ceiling cans. The biggest challenge was pulling out the old bulbs as some were twenty years old and their pins were stuck in the sockets. A needlenose plier extracted them and I then inserted the new LED bulbs after cleaning the existing glass plates that sealed the old bulbs. The new LED bulbs seem a bit brighter than the old high intensity bulbs they replaced. Either that or it was just cleaning the glass plate of the accumulated dust and grime that makes the difference. I would say there there is somewhat more glare from the new LEDs as compared to the high intensity bulbs though it isn't unpleasant and the temperature balance is fine. The package says the LED buibs will last 23 years though I probably won't be around that long to find out.

Landscaping bulbs
Great bulbs for landscape lighting🙂

They work great and save on the utility bill.
All 10 mini pin bulbs worked as they should. So much better than halogen. They are bright and illuminate at a much cooler temperature, increasing the life span of the bulb significantly.

Love these bulbs but the last ten arrived D.O.A.
I normally love these bulbs and have bought three ten-packs over the last five years. Only problem is the last shipment arrived loose in an Amazon plastic envelope (the Bioluz boxes are cheap and this one had completely broken into four separate pieces). Amazon just threw the Bioluz box into the bag in with no padding and one bulb had a bent pin. One bulb apparently escaped through a tear in the bag. After arranging the return, I decided to test the nine bulbs I received and every one was D.O.A. No light on either 12v AC or DC.I can't believe rattling around loose in the bag would have killed these (they're pretty solid) but the only other explanation is that somehow these were rejects, perhaps returned to Amazon by another buyer. The replacement ten-pack arrives tomorrow. Fingers crossed for ten good bulbs!!I'm reluctantly subtracting one star for Amazon's sloppy shipping, Bioluz's flimsy box and a shipment of dead bulbs. But the truth is, they are normally excellent replacements for the cheap crap most landscapers leave you with.Update: Ten perfect new bulbs arrived today, a day after the above review. I tested them all and will do the same with all future shipments.None of the past four years' worth have burned out and they seem to have a good CRI, which I will measure at some stage and report back on. Love the color too (3k) and brightness.Bottom line: these are really excellent value and quality.

Reliable and stable
We like these bulbs. They do go quite bright. We have a Lutron Homeworks system which we love and these bulbs dim nicely however will not go below around 15% otherwise they go out. Have purchased many with only one bad bulb out of the box and the manufacturer promptly sent me a new bulb. Nice service.

1/16 of an inch wider, won't fit into the brackets....
They are slightly too large to fit into the brackets to let them snap in. So if you have that kind of install, they won't fit. The size they show in the listing is not right.

Best MR16 LED I Have Found - Great Value - Here Are Photos
At roughly $5 each, these MR16 LEDs are an amazing value!I have compared these against 20 watt halogen bulbs, 50 watt halogen bulbs and Green Creative Titanium LED Series 4.0 LEDs. My contractor price at lighting unlimited is $16/each for Green Creative Titanium LED Series 4.0 (Green Creative 40759 - 7W - LED - MR16 - 3000K ). These $5 Bioluz MR16 LED have a better color tone and better spread than the Green Creative. The Green Creative is almost slightly white/pink where as the Bioluz is closer to a true white (not warm white). I am saving $100 per 10 lights and honestly think these Bioluz have the best look.I have attached a photo to show you the color and look. These photos are taken at night in a 30 x 30 room with 14' ceilings. The lights in the background are TCP LED8R20D27K Dimmable 8W Smooth R20 - 2700K R20 base bulbs in the 4" cans. I can also highly recommend the TCP 8W if you are looking for something just slightly brighter than a normal 45 watt incandescent in your R20 base fixtures.... You will see the 4" can lights in the background (The TCP LEDs) are more warm yellow. The Bioluz MR16s will be more of a white halogen look. Again. They are the best 50 watt equivalent MR16s I can find. I consider them to be better than a standard 50 watt halogen. Great value. In this one room, we are going from 11 lights x 50 watts (550 watts) to 11 lights x 7 watts (77 watts). I will post updates if the bulbs burn out or I have problems.I've spent hours swapping and comparing lights so please click the link below if this review helps you save time or money.
