Not worth it.

These are literally little brown balls about the size of BB pellets. They come packaged in individual packets containing 4 balls each that you take once a day. I would recommend swallowing them whole. Do not chew them since they taste pretty nasty. They are small enough to swallow whole with no aftertaste or odor.These combine several key extracts that are beneficial for liver health. It is too early to tell the results yet. Having said that, I like how they remind me of the traditional Asian medicine that combines pure and raw ingredients into an unique form for consumption. These balls taste just as nasty as the raw ingredients, which usually means they are as pure and potent as the raw stuff.Overall, I like this supplement. The packets are convenient and easy to take with me when I travel. There are 60 packets in total, so this is a 60-day supply. The quality seems really good. Mine has a best before date of about 30 months from now. Made in Japan. At $2.33 per serving, they are pretty pricey. I'll have to finish this and see how good it is. I'm giving it 4 stars for now.

Being someone who has had liver damage in the past, I'm always on the lookout for products that will help keep my liver nice and healthy. I was about to pass on these because I don't much like reviewing products that are free to me, but very expensive for others to purchase. However, after I read the ingredients I was sold. These little brown balls contain some very healthful ingredients and the one I saw for liver health was Milk Thistle Seed Extract (80%). I've been taking a lesser amount of milk thistle for several months and see that this is a higher amount. Plus, the other ingredients are extremely good for health and I will assume for liver health as well. NOTE: Although it says these balls are chewable - DON'T CHEW THEM. They taste pretty bad. They are so small that they can easily be swallowed whole. The balls don't look anything like those two black blobs on the front of the box, but are small, BB sized, brown balls, of which there are 4 per pack. The box is loaded with packs - 60, so though this product does seem kind of pricey (as of this review it costs $139.00) I think it might be worth it.

No joke, these balls taste like, ...balls. Seriously, there is nothing pleasant about consuming them as a chewable. I take my packet of four and just swallow them down with a drink. If I miss out on some added health benefit from having them begin dissolving in my mouth, so be it. They taste nasty when chewed up and I don't think it is a cultural thing.That said, I'm a fan of traditional Japanese medicine and believe that there is some healthy aspect to consuming a pack of Umeken Corbicula Ball EX daily. I've not treated my liver kindly over my life, so if there's anything I can do to help it out now, I'm all for it. I've actually been feeling really good since I started with the Corbicula balls. I sleep well, adapt more easily to stress, think clearly, and am physically energized. One of these packets a day seems to be making a difference. For the price, I'd hope so.Product of Japan~ Kort

There's lots of nutrition packed in these balls and they go down easy.>>> Though the Amazon page mentions 'chew-able' that seems to be there for no real reason.>>> Stated on the box - directions for use = 'take one packet once a day'.Nothing is mentioned about chewing them, so there's no worry about how they taste.This is 481 mg combination of 8 super foods and herbs targeted to support the liver -good health and vitality in general.There's no mention of with / without food.I've taken these both ways and they haven't upset my stomach - no belchingnor problems with irritating bowls.All the ingredients can be pricey if there a good quality so I'm not surprised at the cost.The packs have a small split on the edge that makes them easy to open.The serving is one packet daily which contains 4 balls that are only 1/4" diameterand easy to swallow.The box contains 60 packs = 2 months supply.Fresh date February 2024

They don’t taste that bad, I don’t mind the taste, swallowing is always an option. I can’t tell if they are doing anything yet, but I haven’t had any bad side effects with them either. They are very dense little balls so they must pack a punch in them. I’d need to get tested before and after to see how well they perform after the full 60 days to give a more accurate assessment.Quite a long expiration date, of 2 years out.
