The GFK4 is the correct kit for the NDV4236i. I actually own the same fireplace. Actually, you can fit the BKT kit, but it's a very tight squeeze. The NDV is a pretty poor circulating fireplace, so the larger the blower the better. If you're installing for the first time, you'll likely want the FK24 kit instead. The FK24's blower mounts to a bracket that attaches to the rear of your fireplace. If you remove your lower access panel, you'll find two threaded mounting studs spaced about 14" apart. These studs hold the bracket and blower assembly to the rear wall, so if you see those studs, you'll want to purchase the FK24 kit, since it was designed to fit your fireplace. Hopefully this helps!! Yes, absolutely!! We leave the motor terminal wires unattached to the blower for shipping reasons, so all you do is attach two wire leads to the motor in any order and you'll be set to go! Regards, Jason
