Goodness gracious! I twisted my ankle and my back began to hurt shortly after. My muscles were really hurting and I couldn't bend, twist or rotate. I bought this for support during that time. It's great quality, and adjustable. The sizing was accurate. Granted, I recommend putting a vest underneath it to stop any chafing, especially if you're a little cuddly like me. It was easy to figure out, the material feels nice and supple, the support aligns with the back. It takes a little adjusting to get it into the spot you need it, but once it hits, it's really good for undergoing every day tasks like chores and exercising. A sit in it a little too to support my posture. BUT: I don't recommend wearing it for more than six hours. It's great for support and helping you move around, but you need to move without it sometimes else it affects your muscles. I definitely recommend this as someone who experienced muscle injury that lead into tightening and spasms. Thank you!

Order a bigger size it is quite small I ordered a waist size 34inch to 39inch I am a 34 and I struggled to tighten it

This belt does not provide much support at all. The metal stays in the back are spaced too widely apart and instead of being on my back they are almost to my kidneys. I do have the correct size and it fits decently, but just doesn't provide support. I do like the mesh front, seems like it would breath really well. Lastly the stitching came very frayed in many spots, I would seriously be worried about the longevity of this belt.
