Helps me breathe better

I have bad allergies and often have a stuffy nose.Using this provides a nice, temporary solution to being able to breathe. It doesn’t and shouldn’t replace your allergy meds, but rather, like the ads say, it is “gum for your nose” and gum doesn’t replace brushing your teeth.This item is definitely pricy for what it does and is more of a luxury-want instead of a need. It is not for those who are on a budget. That said, it does help with my allergies even if temporary.Would I buy it again? Probably not in a bulk pack, but maybe one or two sticks at a convenience store during spring when my allergies go crazy.

So this definitely helps with clearing the airways. Now for how long probably depends person bye person. At first it was for maybe a good bit, but now maybe use 5 to 10 minutes maximum. But I think there’s days where it last longer so it really just depends on how your body is feeling. One thing I will say is the nut sniffed all of them at once. This was my first time buying these, and I did that and it burned like hell. But I like what I bought. And as a word of advice, you can condition yourself when you use this. For example every time we do something good, just basically take a sniff and conditions your body so whenever you do something good and use this, you basically get happy chemicals flowing in your mind!

Obsessed with this pack. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but the "flavors" are amazing -- My favorite is Cinnamint, because it's a little spicy and the scent lingers the longest over the rest.Boombooms also last a ridiculously long time. A Boomboom I had in November STILL has retained its scent and potency (for the most part). Going on 7 months!So, for the price? About $30. I'd say it's worth it. It will take you a long time to go through them.

If you have sinus problems like me during spring, summer, and fall in weather like Colorado, especially with the fire smoke and ash we've been dealing with; then chances are you've had to use Afrin to sleep at night, just to breath comfortably. You may have also noticed that once using it, you get even more stuffiness the following nights, and you become dependent on using Afrin. I got this stuff for this very reason. It's no Afrin, but it will help ween you off of it, so that you only use it when necessary. Its nice to not feel so dependent on the Afrin anymore!

Would’ve liked it more if it didn’t make me think it was going to clear my sinuses like Vics. Oddly satisfying tho and for that I will give 3 stars but frankly over priced and maybe my expectations were to high but I was expecting it to do the things it claims like give a boost of energy. Not gonna keep you awake on a long drive but it is still for some reason... so damn satisfying. Hate it. But might buy again. Just order it. Worth a try. Once.

I got these because allergies are killing me this year, and I'm hoping to help clear my nose up. I'm surprised at how effective the Boom Booms have been at clearing them, particularly my troublesome left nostril. I've tried both the Wintermint and Melon ones with great success! The melon one in particular reminds me of if I chewed a stick of mint gum and fruit gum at the same time. I inhale deeply for about a second and a half on each side, and then in 2-3 minutes, my nose clears up.

These have been a life-saver when I am having trouble falling asleep during hot weather when my nose gets stuffy. They help me breathe easier and I feel so much better having one around. I have asthma and this is great for when I don't actually need my inhaler but just to open my sinuses a bit. Would recommend and will be buying again when I am done with the package!
