Excellent Product For Small Office or Home Use
I used a Swingline electric stapler in my home office for many years. It weighed at least 3 pounds and its electromagnet made a loud cah-chunk sound with every stapling. As it aged, the Swingline would jam at the end of staple "sticks" too and it was difficult to clear those jams. When that Swingline gave up the ghost about three months ago, I dreaded spending another $90 or $100 on its replacement. Then I found this ~$30 Coruscant stapler and it's been functioning perfectly since it came through my office door. The Coruscant is much quieter and lightweight; it easily pierces 10 to 15 sheets; and has an indicator light telling you when the staple supply has to be replenished. I've used the staples that were shipped with this unit as well as Swingline SF4 staples and both types have been trouble-free. I don't remember even one jam occurring in hundreds of uses.I'm impressed with this little device. It's low price makes it a reasonable purchase for general home use too. I cannot vouch that this stapler will work for years, but after three-months, it's doing great.I notice that some reviewers, about 10% of purchasers, have gotten staplers that didn't work well from the outset... that's what manufacturing engineers call the "infant mortality problem." Many inexpensive products like this stapler have similar quality control statistics. It's cheaper for the manufacturer to replace bad units than to refine the manufacturing process or re-engineer the device. When your stapler arrives, run 25 to 50 staples through it. If you get jams or erratic action right from the start, quickly ask for a replacement and the statistics imply you'll get satisfactory performance from the second sample.UPDATE December 2023: Stapler still working great after 22 months. Uses each stick of staples down to the last one. I can't remember any time when it has jammed. I've never used this in battery mode but as a plug-in, it's reliable and long-lived.

AWESOME STAPLER...
We purchased two staplers (another brand, a different seller) right in row that we had to return due to missing interior parts. This stapler arrived, and it's perfect. It staples, of course, but it's automatic, so you don't have to push on it. It staples a decent thickness. It doesn't make any noise. As far as staples go, it's perfect. You can use batteries or plug it in. We chose batteries. We highly recommend this stapler. (It also comes with staples).

It's easy to use and saves time.
When I first received this stapler I couldn't get it to work and was very disappointed, but the company sent me a replacement that works just as it was supposed to, which is great. That says a lot about this company that stands behind their products.

It's works well so far
I've used this to staple our little readers in my class. Each book gets two staples. This stapler is working well so far! I've only used batteries so I can take it anywhere and have stapled about 100 books so far. I can't staple in class because it is loud enough to distract my students. I gave it four stars (would give 4.5 if I could) because the noise level is not that big of a deal, but also the lever that stops the paper so you can staple where you want moves slightly after a while. It might not be a big deal for some, but I'm stapling books, so I don't want the words to get covered up.

Staples keep jamming! NOT worth purchasing!
I work in an office that constantly uses a stapler. Over a period of time, the "old school" stapler was hurting my wrist so I ended up purchasing this electric stapler. I included the recommended staples (10 boxes) with my order, so that I would not have to keep running out for more staples. It worked well for about2 1/2 weeks of weeks and then started to jam, double staple or would catch the paper and the paper would rip. Now, I am spending more time dislodging the staples or ripped papers from the stapler. I should have stayed with my "old school" stapler. It is now past the return time limit so I can not return it and get a refund. I should have listened to other reviewers about the stapling issue! Please choose another electric stapler to purchase!!!

Little noise product
The product size is small and little noise, price very reasonable, the only thing is the staples slot a little hard to pull out, but I still want to give thumbs up for this product

Works...sometimes
I bought this to keep on my desk for when I make my own copies for my classroom or build my own activity books. When the stapler works, it's awesome. However, it's super frustrating at times that it will staple 3-5 packets perfectly, then the next 2-3 get "stuck" and I have to eject the staples and redo. I've used it for approximately 300 staples (the staples that came with the stapler!) and haven't had a consistent cycle. I would love it to work more than it doesn't, but for now I'll use my hand stapler on a regular basis because even though it's annoying to have to pick it up each time, I know the staple will work. It was also sold as "25 sheets" but the tiny instruction pamphlet that comes with it says 20 sheets. It hasn't mattered whether I use 4 sheets or 15 sheets, it jams more than not. I'm hopeful I can figure out the magic touch because it would be a game changer when I have to staple 100 of my own tests.
