UCO Switch Spork 2-Piece Integrated Camping Utensil Set

I brought these for work as I'm a bit of a germaphobe and wanted to avoid using the work communal cutlery. I brought these due to the low price and previous good reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. There's no plastic smell or taste associated with these out of the box. They're portable and lightweight, easy enough to fit in a handbag or pockets. Great to know that they're eco friendly also. My only gripe is that if you just want to use the spoon only, you have to attach one end of the spoon to the end of the spork to create a double ended spork-spoon otherwise you're directly holding the knife end. But it's a gripe that's outweighed by the utility of the product.

Absolutely the best non-metal spork I have ever had! I usually eat one handed, American style, but this spork is so well designed I found myself eating a baked potato knife-and-fork style with true British decorum. Most multipurpose sporks don't permit that, they are too short, or you have to choose between holding the messy spoon end or the uncomfortable knife end. This spork fits comfortably in my (female) hand. The plastic knife is easily sharp enough to slice your cooked sausage or cut into your baked potato. OK, you probably couldn't field-dress a rabbit, but if you are that bushcrafty you will also carry a hunting knife, anyway. I don't know if you could slice a raw carrot for the stew, (I haven't tried yet), but you probably could murder a raw onion. The spork extends to stir your stew, very useful. You can stir your soup or tea with the folded spork without getting gunk trapped inside the knife-sheath, unlike other knife-sporks. It claims to be guaranteed for life, and the best thing is the bright colour which means you are less likely to put it down and mislay it. This spork looks unassuming, but it is really a well thought out design. Ten stars out of five.

This is a great little tool. Tbh I have carried a Spork and a penknife around in my rucksack for years but recently when eating Fish and Chips I got told off by a policeman for getting my penknife out in public despite it being only 2.5 inches long and a perfectly legal carry. Apparently it was the using it in public bit that he disapproved of although I only use it for eating and as a fruit knife (peeling apples and oranges). That has resulted in me needing to get a reusable plastic knife and fork to eat with as I hate using single use cutlery. This cool tool fits the bill prefectly. You can either use it together as an extendable spoon or seperately as a knife and fork. After, a good wash in soapy water and it's good to go again. It fits well in my rucksack pocket and I like the colour.

Brought about three months ago as I wanted something lightweight and convenient to eat with for takeouts, yoghurts etc, that would somehow snap together for easy portability, this ticked all boxes. Great with fish and chips and a lot better than those wooden forks you get. The knife cuts pretty well. My only small complaints are that the spoon is a tad small and it was a little pricey. Now that there is to be a ban on single-use plastic cutlery I guess these will become more popular.

Ok, a cracking bit of kit, robust, dishwasher safe, light and versatile. Long enough to act as a long handled spork when you need it and splits into a decent knife and fork set when you don't. Good price too!

If you want to upgrade your Spork, I'd recommend this. It just does everything that it's supposed to, without fuss or drama. It's just really good and not massively expensive.

Bought this for my daughter for when she's going camping as seemed lightweight. I also do love a bit of a multi-tool / smart solutions. Very impressed. Very sturdy and clever design :) Might have to order another one for myself. Not that I go camping but maybe for when we get picnic weather again!

If you're looking for a set of cutlery that can live in your work or day bag, ready for an impromptu salad bowl or soup, then this is the set - I've tried dozens of camping sets and this one is the best. Other sets tend to take up too much room, or are 'fold out', or don't stay together as easily in your bag. As they're made of plastic, the fork tines are a little thicker than a metal equivalent, but not so thick that it's a pain to use - I've used other plastic sets which are far worse. These will easily pierce tougher foods, which is all you really need. For true camping, other sets will be better - you can't go far wrong with the classic "three metal utensils that clip together" sets. But if you're looking for something to carry every day, just in case the included plastic fork with your pasta salad isn't cutting it, then this is the set for you.

Der beste Göffel den ich je hatte. Alle anderen sind irgendwann abgewetzt oder stumpf. Dieser Messer ist auch richtig schaff und man kann damit sogar mal ein Steak schneiden. Noch dazu lassen sich beide Teile ineinander schieben wenn man mal einen längeren Löffel braucht. Wir haben uns noch zwei gekauft
