Really fantastic quality, I was expecting something cheap and cheerful, but was pleasantly surprised by the build quality, should last for years if I don't drop it.

Used for making jam. Easy to read.

This Thermometer works very well it’s light and easy to manage. I have used it several times and works really well. Washes up well too.

Used it whilst making apple jelly. Saved me guessing!

Thermometer arrived as promised, temp reading is difficult to read when upright in pan light reflects on shiny surface and have to lift out to read, clip to hold thermometer in pan dosn't slide and cannot be easily moved to accommodate different sizes of pan, glass bulb vulnerable and unprotected,. I found that the temp differs from my other thermometer not reaching the jam temp however you boil the liquid. However jams has set so will keep for future use. just a bit disappointed with quality.
