easy to install and very good quality only the cell app does not work for me at the moment I have not been able to connect it to the router

Update 4/16Still no refund/ return. Neither has amazon reconnected in this matter either.Update 3/251. I never received a refund from the company.2. The main computer no longer functions. Replaced batteries used the 9V technique.MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEYDO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be disappointed within the month. And they will not answer for their faulty cheap product.Original-Huge waste of money. App does not allow a schedule to be set. "Always Open" does not exist. Customer support, none. Great product for the price
So far so good. No issues. Easy to install if you know what you’re doing

2 years and the internal mechanism quit
Was easy to install. Only lasted 2 years and the internal mechanism seems to have broken. Still functions but the handle hangs down half way.

Research before buying
This does not work if you have a pre-existing deadbolt, and now due to COVID restrictions of getting back to the place to install, I cannot return it.

Never keep up with keys again.
This was purchased to use in my office to lock the closet with all of our companies files along with all banking information, checks, deposit slips etc. It is amazing not to have to keep up with one more key.

Decent value package
Disappointed that it cannot be added Alexa but the support team is the best I've seen so far. You call and your call gets picked up and they are very knowledgeable and ready to guide and help you.
