I'm incredibly "rough" with my watches. I'm right-handed and wear my watch on my right hand. Add to that I work on the railroad and you can imagine how "scratched" and "beat up" my watch will get. So I purchased this Tensea protective case and screen protector and I was hoping for the inexpensive price, it would be at least half decent. Well it's actually exceeded my expectations. The clear screen protector goes on easily and you would never know it's installed. It fits the entire glass display perfectly and the "touch sensor" works just fine. No difference at all from stock. I choose the "silver" Tensea protective case because I wanted to switch it up a little from the all black stock watch. This protective case is actually "chrome" rather than "silver" but I actually love it. With the UAG orange band and the added black bezel, I think it "pops". Anyway, at first, when installing the silver protective case it wasn't going all the way down and I was a bit upset, but it's because it fits so tightly and so perfectly. All I needed to do was stretch it around both sets of "band lugs" and than it snapped perfectly in place and I was extremely impressed. It fits perfectly. It doesn't look like a "case". It looks like the watch body. No one could tell it's not the actual watch. The fact that you get two screen protectors and two of these silver protective cases means if you beat the snot out of it, you can simply replace both a second time. It's a heck of a bargain for the price. I'd highly recommend this protective case / screen protector. It looks great, fits great, and will protect your smart watch from getting scratches, nicks, and dents. Plus, as an added bonus you've got the opportunity to "change it up" and change the color or appearance of your watch to silver, black, blue, white, rose gold, etc.... I have absolutely ZERO complaints with this particular product. It's awesome!!!!

Like others, I didn't expect to use the shell casing, just the screen protector.... but I ended up liking the case anyway. It's a plastic case- not super flimsy, not super hard, but it feels protective when on and I figured, I might as well not scratch my new watch. It adds a mm of bulk, but I like that actually. It does make the bezel a little harder to operate but I don't use it that much anyway since it's touch screen. The screen protector fits perfectly, and its easy to put on just like the instruction video. Can't even tell its on. Overall, for this great price, it is VERY worth it and a good product. Plus you get 2. Seriously, this is a great purchase, no complaints.

I work in a warehouse where I can't have my phone on me. So I have my galaxy watch. I bought these cases and screen protectors to keep my watch safe. I messed up and touched the sticky part of one of the screen protectors (100% my fault ) and the other I installed had a line in it. You can't tell too much when the screen is on though. The covers fit perfect and are doing what they're supposed to by taking the scuffs so my watch doesn't. The touch screen works perfectly with the screen protector installed. It's nice and thick and I feel like it definitely protects my screen from scruffs.

Had a Fitbit Versa and after a year it completely died. Fitbit only honors a warranty for a year so they pretty much told me I was SOL and offered a discount on a new watch. Given my dissatisfaction with the product and their customer service, I decided to research Samsung Galaxy watches. I finally bit the bullet and bought the Galaxy Watch 3, which was a huge purchase for me as I would typically never spend that much on a watch or even a cell phone. Lol So first thing I did when it arrived was order the protective screen and case. The product arrived quickly and fits like a glove. Super easy installation. The touch screen still works as it should and the charger still magnets to the bottom. It doesn't add too much bulk or weight to my watch. I have no complaints. Customer service also reached out to me to ensure I received the item and that it was the correct size. This in itself was fantastic! I highly recommend this item and would purchase from this company again.

The watch protector and screen protector both fit snugly and perfectly, no issues at all. After a couple of days I noticed some scratches and paint missing from the watch protector around the edges. I notified the seller and they said it was a faulty batch and sent me 2 new watch protectors! Couldn't ask for better customer service. The new watch protectors don't seem to have the same defects so far. (Pictured is the new protector with a BaiHui steel bezel) If anything, I wish the glass screen protector had some sort of anti glare coating on it like the Samsung Watch 3 screen has. The screen is still visible when it's on though, just with the glare in the background. Also, you may want to get an aftermarket bezel like mine because the watch protector covers up the coin edge of the watch bezel so it may be hard to turn it.

Other reviews that say the watch protector makes the bezel difficult to turn are correct. The two screen protectors are fine. One of them I had difficulty getting the film off, but the other was easy to peel and apply. I'll deal with the first one if I should need it, and hopefully I never will. The bezel issue isn't really an issue for me, because I use the screen to swipe primarily. I don't use the bezel very often, but I did make it easier to operate by taking a piece of fine sandpaper to the inside edge surrounding the bezel (with it off the watch obviously) and honed the inside diameter a bit, and the bezel turns much easier. Careful, these are painted, not solid black material. That may be the problem, since the paint adds thickness to that inside edge. The clear models might not have that issue. Maybe the vendor can send me a set in clear to test that theory (hint, hint). Over all, they should help protect the watch, which is all I expect at this price point.

I didn't really use the bezel, it doesn't let you move it properly, only using the glass protector, and not so easy to put on

Installation on the watch 45mm was easy and resulted in a precise fit. Sensitivity and the rotating bezel ring were not affected. Prior purchase of screen protector from different source, which stated that the item would also fit my watch 3 and other smart watches was totally inaccurate. Therefore I did have some reservation about this purchase which were now, thankfully, dispelled completely.
