I was I received the watch as I was supposed to, but I was never able to use it. It had a missing part and the watch could not be set. I took it to a jeweler to see if they could set it for me and they said since my window returned when I had called, they said that I could they couldn’t even open it up. They said that it had a missing part. I don’t understand. I don’t know what to do. I feel like I just lost.

Really looks great on the wrist- was richer looking then pictured.

I love the watch and packaging. However, I was not able to get the links to come out to make the watch smaller for my wrist. Sp I have yet to wear it.
