IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT!
PERFECT JUST WHAT i WANTED AND DIDN'T KNOW.I clipped them on my door wooden awning onto the patio so as soo as you open the door it's on.I have a question RUFUS could not answer. It says that you can put it on your gutter is 18 feet up. Will this work?

Works great, now we can see in the dark spots on the steps.

Useful outdoor light
So useful. Still working after many months. Anywhere you need a quick light, have direct sunlight, and have a place to clip it… far easiest option for an outdoor light.

Good lights, they need some quality improvement.
Happy to say these work as they’re supposed to. The clamp is tight, the three light colors are a nice touch. I bought 6 and over all I’m pretty happy. OK BUT, two of the six cannot be charged with the usb cord, the connector in the light does not line up with the opening to gain access to the cord. Remotes are a big part of lots of products, some have long range, some not as much. If you think you might use the remote to make a change ten feet or so away? Not going to happen, I have six lights and three remotes, I have to hold the remotes inches from the light to make a desired change. Over all what counts is they come on and go off when they’re supposed to.

I've had these over a year, and they still work
I didn't have the highest hopes for these, I wanted to try them out before deciding to gift them to my dad. Long story short, I kept them for myself, never bought my dad a set (he insisted NO GIFTS this year) and they are still going strong. I use them at a second house we own that was built in the 30's and there's no way to install lights in the front of the house, besides hiring an electrician, and we did that when the house was rewired and it's a town like Mayberry and everyone is a Gomer, every time he came to fix something, we were left with fewer working outlets than before...besides everything is going solar and they've really made strides in making them better.I clipped these on the gutter on the front of the house which still has several trees, but they receive enough sunlight during the day to work all night. You can install them more permanently but the clip is still holding after over a year. Now when we step off the porch the lights come on, they are bright enough for us to see the uneven ground and avoid the dip that has nearly broke our ankles. We don't have to bring a flash light to walk mom to her car anymore. Like I said they've been up for just over a year and they work just as well as the day I put them up. I don't have a camera outside (yet) to see if they come on all night long based on animals passing by, but they come on every time I've walked off the porch so I can assume they are coming on anytime they sense movement of someone human sized. They are out 24/7 in rain, in cold, in heat and they still work. At first I thought the price was too much, but given that they still work, the price is outstanding. I bought them 11/21 and it's now 1/23 and the price has maybe fluctuated $1 less than the price I paid the first time. The only downside, and it's minimal, is that you pretty much have to have the instructions and a dark room to know if you are setting up the motion sensor correctly, because it's not marked on the light, you press the white button a certain number of times to set the mode, but you can't really tell what mode it's in unless you do it at night or in a dark room. You'll know if it's not in the mode you want when the light doesn't respond the way you want it to.I'm going to buy another set of these, maybe put them on my house or sneak over to my dad's and clip them on the gutter above his garage and see if he notices since he parks in the driveway and it's very dark there. For the price and the durability, I'd expect to pay more, and probably would, but I'm going to buy another set before they realize they could charge more for these.

Kinda cool
The functionality of the lights work as advertised. I used for low level night-time security with the auto brightening on motion sensor for my RV while camping. One of the lights however has a non-working USB charger connection. The solar charging still worked (kindof a problem during a couple cloudy days in a row.. The other one, when I opened to clip all the way to mount it - shattered apart and broke (probable weak point/flaw in the plastic). I like them well enough that I will have them replaced
