Decent price. Never having bought a vice before I wanted something to hold a metal tube that I need to put a thread on. It worked!

Delivered in less than week by Royal Mail (local Postman not amused by the weight!). Solid product, and good value for money. The rotating locking ring needed 10 minutes of filing to remove casting burrs and lumps to make it rotate smoothly (previous reviewer complaining of stuck swivel could fix it) then a dollop of copper grease and it was OK. So it has some winding slap, and it is not a top quality engineering piece, but it is great value for money. strong and works well (I added Draper soft faces as well). bolts are only 85mm long, had to get new ones for my 75mm bench thickness. 8mm dia bolts fit perfectly. Perfect is the enemy of good enough, and this is definitely good enough. Only an engineer would buy it, and an engineer will fettle it to 100% value satisfaction.

I've been using this vice for a few weeks now and it does the job, though there's a bit of an inconvenience when it comes to the swivel feature as you have to take the bolts right out and lift the vice off the base and move the nuts to the position you want the vice to be in then put it back together again. I tried just slackening them off but the vice will just stick as soon as you try to rotate it, but other than that it's fine.

Easy to set up and fit - swivel function works well - I do wonder whether it will last - there does to be some small signs of flaws in the casting - I have tested it for tight clamping and it has worked perfectly, so, so far so good and the price is very good. I'm happy!

It's good for holding my work. Especially my welding, versatile as can swivel and lock. Good item.

Not bad product, sticks a bit when opening, for light home use then its ok.

It is a cheap, lightweight vice that is priced accordingly. It has sharp edges on the castings that have been left as they are straight out of the mound. If you want a cheap and rotatable vice then this is ok. If you want good quality, pay more and go elsewhere.
