The packaging was really nice. It was individually wrapped and had a clean look to it. The brush is fine. It won't change your life, but it gets the job done. The problem that I had was with the comb. I have no idea who could possibly use this comb on their beard. The teeth are so short and close together that it doesn't even grab your hair when you use it. My beard is full, but not huge. I literally had to hold the comb perpendicular to my face and rake it just to get traction. The teeth were too close together for my hair to get in between and be lifted. Very disappointing. I'm out my money and I still have to go back and find another beard comb that may work.

My son dropped the come on tile and it split into two pieces.
