RV Microwave | .9 Cubic Ft Black Microwave with Trim Kit | 900 Watt Direct replacement for High Pointe

Perfect replacement for our 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie RV’s original HotPointe microwave. Easy installation, only took a few minutes. And yes, it did come with the trim plate. Note: the trim plate is inside the outer box, not inside the actual microwave box. And while the description on the Amazon listing doesn’t state Hot Pointe as the brand, it is. The seller also confirmed this is the correct replacement for EM925ACW. While model numbers are slightly different, it’s an exact fit, screw holes and all.

Great little microwave for the camper, I wish the shroud surrounding came in different sizes, there is a gap where the old microwave fit. Not horrible but it shows. Works great, heats hot and fast.

Almost an exact fit for the outgoing oven. The mounting surround is one piece. This has to be stronger than the previous mount. The only negative was the mounting screws were not painted black. It would have been helpful for the mounting screw holes to be in different places than the outgoing oven.

For those of you replacing an old EM925RCW model like I just did: This new EM925ACW was able to go into the same microwave compartment in our RV, but only after removing its two front feet, which stick down a bit further than the ones on the RCW for some reason. And by 'remove' I mean 'broke off' because there didn't seem to be any way to get either of them off without straight-up breaking the plastic insert holding them inside the microwave body. Weird to me that they changed that feature, but whatever. The second difference was with the new trim kit, which only matched our previous screw holes on top, not on bottom. Had to drill two new holes to make it work. Again, would've been nice if it matched identically to the previous trim. Last point of note: Our old trim kit had black-topped screws holding it in place to match the surrounding material, but this new setup only has silver screws that stick out like sore thumbs. I'm glad I kept the old ones to use again, because that would've annoyed me to no end. Aside from those weird little quibbles, this ACW microwave seems alright so far. No functionality issues to speak of (yet) as of October 29th, 2022.

I got this to replace the microwave in our travel trailer. It fit well in the spot where the old one was. It was fairly easy to install and works great.

Arrived with a large dent in the top of the microwave, upon second inspection the box INSIDE the outer box had been damaged and heavily tapped back up so SOMEONE knew there was damage to the oven. I had no time to return it and wait for a replacement so I hammered the raised part of the damage down and installed the microwave into my RV. it worked, and I hope it lasts. The last microwave from this manufacturer only lasted about a year and a half before the turntable stopped turning, which is the reason for this purchase.
