Good for Tracker Pro 160 Bass Boat
Replaced an ignition switch on a Tracker Pro 160 boat. Worked perfectly. Not hard to install. Quality was good. I found it a bit hard to get housing tightened so that body did not spin, but got there.

Perfect OEM replacement.
Purchased this for a 2005 Mercury Salt Water series 150hp and this replaced the OEM switch perfectly. Wires are all the same, dimensions are really close but the diameter of this switch is slightly larger. I had to modify my bracket a smidge to get it to fit but it was really easy to do and didn't take much effort. After installing, cranked right up and the automatic electric choke worked as well. And it was half the price of the actually mercury OEM part, so that was nice to save a few bucks, because as we all know, boats are just a hole in the water that you dump money into.

Good replacement for Tracker Tx175
The ignition switch on my Basstracker TX-175 started acting strange and eventually got to where it was questionable if it would start the boat. Replaced it with this one and problem solved. Installation was pretty straight forward, wiring colors all matched the factory. For a good installation solder the wires and cover them with a good marine grade sealing connector. Installation took about an hour. Pulled the old ignition out of the boat by unplugging the connector. Soldered new switch to that connector and plugged it back in. Works great.

Fit out 2005 pontoon perfect. All wire colors matched our boat....i checked with a multimeter just to be sure.

Easy to install.
Received the switch in perfect condition and on the date promised. It was easy to install.

Had to modify to get it to fit and the key falls out when the ignition is in the on position.
The housing is just a little bit too long to fit in my 1999 Force outboard controls. I was able to take a pair of side cutters and trim excess plastic from the back and get it to fit. Once I got it installed everything seemed to be fine until I cranked the engine and the key fell out of the switch. At this point I just use the key to crank the engine then put the key in my pocket until I need to turn off the engine. The switch was very inexpensive though I just wish the key would stay in.
