I was not sure if this ab belt would work or not, but I decided to give it a try and wear the ab belt while exercising (3 times a week). After a few sessions, I needed to tighten my belt by a notch to keep my pants from falling down, so It works.Two minor complaints: 1. It needed to be washed before use to get rid of a rubber smell. One run through the washing machine and it is fine.2. The free ebook supposedly included is not accessable -- the website just gives a message that the account is suspended. Apparently, somebody forgot to pay the web hosting fee.

I've owned many of these belts but this is the only one that actually works. Great product.

I love the fact that it is super comfy... the other brand I tried was stiff and itchy. Not this one!

Will it help you lose weight? No, it is up to you to work out and lose the pounds. Will it boost your metabolism? No, it is up to you eat healthily. Will it tone my abs, bro? Maybe, if you use it while you'e running or working out. Will it trim off my water weight? Again, maybe, but you'll have to use it while working out. Is it worth it, yes, I've been using it for six months and I see a difference but that was also due to my dedication and work towards exercising/eating right. Also, it isn't one of those auto trim machine things.

if used correctly benefits are great it is a bit annoying to where but it is a great product
