Rockland Double Handle Rolling Backpack, CAMO, 17-Inch

I use this several times a week for work and it has held up good over the 3 years I have had it. Great for the price. I don't need to roll it super far, just from my car to my office and back. I know some said the wheels didn't hold up, but they are still working just fine for me.

This backpack is an absolute lifesaver. The black and white polka dot design is really cute and stylish, and it looks great without being too flashy.​The wheels are incredibly smooth, which makes it super easy to move around, even when it's packed with a laptop and heavy books. The handle extends and retracts easily and feels very sturdy.​There's plenty of space inside for everything I need for class or a short trip. The side pockets are also a huge plus for holding my water bottle.​The material feels durable and high-quality, like it's built to last. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It's a backpack that perfectly combines style with great functionality.

Normally I would of given this 5 stars if a normal child were to be using this backpack. It is spacious, sturdy, and rolled very nicely. Perfect for a smaller child who finds it a bit difficult to carry all of their schoolwork on their back.We made it a little more than halfway through the year but finally this bookbag was no match for my 10 year old. I still highly recommend it, but if you have a child who likes to run into things and go crazy this might not be the bag for them lol! The handle is great but unfortunately my son jammed it hard every time he set the bag down and eventually after 6 months of doing so it wouldn't go down all the way anymore. The zippers withstood the test of time and fortunately won their battle against him. The front pocket is nice and deep and even withstood the rotten apple that my child forgot about. It cleaned up very nicely.Finally the wheels work very well. And probably would have continued to do so for a long time had my child decided to drag his backpack like a normal kid. Unfortunately for the backpack he is a mini barbarian and slammed it down the steps and out of our car and basically anywhere he could. So it all came to an end when he busted a wheel(and boy was he surprised by it).So in the end I highly HIGHLY recommend this backpack. However if your child is as much of a brute as mine is, it may not be the best choice as its life will be short lived.

Perfect size for me for gym use.Small enough for all I need and enough room for my snack bag for food needs.Best part is that I can roll it or use as a backpack!Good for school kids to prevent back problems.

Decent rolling book bag, but not the best. It has plenty of space and the wheels roll smoothly, but the handle feels a bit flimsy and the material isn’t as durable as I expected. It works, but I’m not sure how long it will last with daily use for the rest of the school year.

After normal daily use, my rolling backpack needed replacing. After searching, I bought the same one again. It is the best price for a quality product (it was old). I also like that it is a little fun without being tween-ish.

I think calling this a "terrible quality product" is an overstatement, it is just pure junk. I would give this 0 stars if possible, but the system only allows 1 star as the lowest rating. I bought this for my elementary school-aged daughter, and the backpack broke within 3 months. The frame developed a crack, and over a short period of time a large section of the frame fell off, thus preventing the backpack from rolling in a balanced fashion or standing-up on its own. The side net pockets ripped and items placed in those pockets would often fall out during use.There is a 5 year warranty on this product through the manufacturer, so I contacted them for a warranty claim. As per the manufacturer's instructions, you must ship the broken item to them AT YOUR COST for them to analyze the damage. If they deem it appropriate (which is not guaranteed), they will send you a replacement... provided that you also pay a $20 handling charge! And, they do not guarantee that you will receive the same backpack you originally purchased. With these two combined, the warranty replacement on the backpack costs nearly 2x that of a brand-new item directly from Amazon! Even the $20 handling charge is nearly the same price as the brand-new item price at Amazon...total waste of money!Dealing with their customer service was a sub-par experience. They only respond to emails once every 24 hours, and any emails sent to them are marked as SPAM, as is apparent when they reply to you with the word "SPAM" in the subject line. After several days of back-and-forth emails, without actually getting anything resolved, the manufacturer stopped responding to my questions and requests. This is, needless to say, not a good way to treat customers.Amazon's customer service has been excellent in this matter (5 stars to them!).To make a long story short: don't buy this product! Buy something else of better quality from a manufacturer that stands behind their products with good customer service who doesn't regard customer requests as spam.
